Very beautiful, very comfortable apartment block "Golden Life". In the district of Montañar II, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (19 x 9 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: fitness room, lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 1 km, shingle beach "Platja Cala Blanca" 450 m, rocky beach "Platja Segon Muntanyar" 50 m, swimming bay 200 m. Surf school 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

L'appartement est très plaisant et bien équipé malgré un grille-pains et une cafetière "hors d'âge" ! Nous regrettons un ménage mal fait qui nous a contraint à nettoyer à nouveau les chambres.

L’appartement en lii meme est tres bien. Malheureusement, on constate un manque d’entretien. Les équipements de cuisine sont très vieux, il y a beaucoup de traces d’humidité dans la chambre. Il manque vraiment internet et une climatisation permettant justement d’évacuer cette sensation d’humidité dans les pieces. Tous nos vêtements été toujours humide.

Ya estuve hace dos años en el mismo apartamento. La ubicación y vistas desde el apartamento son muy buenas para estar lejos del bullicio (no para ir al Arenal). Pero el apartamento está descuidado, deteriorado e incluso con falta de higiene. Necesita reparaciones y mantenimiento por parte del dueño. Pedí algunas cosas a la agencia y me las proporcionó, pero tuve que ir yo a por ellas. Dos puertas no cierran y no las repararon durante mi estancia

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y las vistas son inmejorables, eso no se puede negar. Ahora si, las instalaciones son muy viejas. Al ducharnos nos quedamos con la cortina en la mano, no había secador de pelo, la cafetera era súper antigua… en fin, que en las fotos parece todo de lujo, pero le hace falta un lavado de cara.

L’appartement est très bien situé dans une résidence très calme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir mais nous souhaiterions que la cuisine soit mieux équipée. J’ai dû acheter un fouet (que j’ai laissé), il manque des casseroles, un robot mixer, un autocuiseur et je n’ai pas utilisé le four car il était trop sale. De plus le cabinet de toilette avec la douche a une odeur d’égouts insoutenable et nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Pour une prochaine location, il serait souhaitable que ces quelques points soient améliorés
