For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool. In the house: restaurant, lift, washing machine. Bar 20 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 450 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 140 m. Surf school 200 m, tennis 270 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

C’est la troisième fois que nous louons cet appartement et nous avons apprécié les dernières améliorations ( ventilateurs neufs dans les chambres, smart tv qui nous ont permis de suivre les actualités françaises ) et le confort mis à disposition. Notamment le changement de la literie que nous avions demandé. L’appartement est idéalement situé si vous voulez profiter de l’Arenal sans utiliser votre véhicule ( grâce au parking mis à disposition). L’équipe inter home est présente et a l’écoute.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación muy buena. La piscina y tener plaza de parking es fantástico. Lo mejor, que aceptan mascotas :) Lo peor, los colchones, sobre todo el de la habitación grande, está demasiado viejo y blando. No se duerme bien en él.

Tout est parfait, situation, aménagements et équipements, parking. Seul point noir, la literie en 140 mériterait d’être renouvelée. Les matelas et sommiers ont vécu et cela déprécie un peu le séjour.

Apt prévu pour 6 et pas de double de clé Vaisselle très sale. et peu de vaisselle; Frigo pas nettoyé 1 WC ne fonctionne pas Les lumières des SDB ne s'éteignent pas de tout le séjour personne ne réagit malgré notre signalement si ce n'est une proposition au bout de 5 jours nous partons le surlendemain.... Bruyant Code accès WIFI erroné. Literies très peu confortables Concernant Interhome le personnel est très aimable comme d'habitude mais très peu réactif...cette fois

Veuillez noter que nos collègues sur place sont là pour vous, et que l'équipe de ménage peut toujours être renvoyé dans le logement si le nettoyage ne vous est pas convenant. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y es muy amplio, con ventilador en todas las habitaciones y dos aires acondicionados. Se ve el mar desde la terraza, la ubicación es excelente. Muy cómodo y sencillo recoger y dejar las llaves. Cuenta con plaza de garaje, ideal para ir a recorrer las calas de la zona sin preocupación por encontrar sitio al volver. La piscina está muy bien y siempre casi vacía.
