Apartment block "Galicia Javea", 5 storeys. In the district of El Arenal, in a central position, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool. In the house: restaurant, lift, washing machine. Bar 20 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 450 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 140 m. Surf school 200 m, tennis 270 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Not Gold. Bad bathroom. No Sun .

We spent 4 days in the apartment. It had everything we needed. The swimming pool was great ! It had wifi and on the website it said that it didn’t. I’d just say that it was very hot at night and didn’t have air conditioning (which we knew before booking the apartment) but it did have fans which were needed. Also, It’s a bit of a noisy street with cars and motorbikes passing by at night . Would rent again though!

Lo mejor la ubicación y la cantidad de menaje . Lo peor una sola llave del alojamiento para 6 personas que junto a que el portero automático no funciona pues no ayuda . La televisión no funciona ,la ducha del baño secundario tiene la tubería de la alcachofa superior rota y no funciona. Para 4 días como en mi caso te apañas con lo que sea pero es una pena que por 4 detalles no pueda valorarlo mejor . Se echo de menos el aire acondicionado, con los ventiladores portátiles se paso calor .

El apartamento está repleto de muebles y trastos viejos o estropeados. En los armarios no había sitio para nuestras cosas. La nevera cambiaba constantemente de temperatura. Algún ventilador no funciona. La atención del personal es muy buena, pero tardaron más de hora y media en darnos las llaves porque no estaba listo. Por lo demás, la ubicación es excelente.

Thank you for the review. The furniture is checked and not damaged, just old. The fridge also works, but should not be overfilled with food. All the fans now function. In any case, these issues can be resolved on the spot with the keyholder, please report them as soon as possible.
