Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

El apartamento cubre las necesidades en todo. Lo único que no dispone de ventiladores de techo y no tiene corriente de aire, la única forma es tener la puerta principal abierta. Ha sido un verano de mucha calor, día y noche, no tenías más remedio que tenerlo todo abierto. En cuanto a la limpieza, es un poco deficiente, pelos por detrás de las mesillas de noche, nevera y vitrocerámica con muy poca limpieza. Yo pienso que se debería de hacer una limpieza más profunda .

El recibimiento muy bueno nos recibieron con una botella de aceite muy bonita o una botella de champán. Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento, tenía todas la comodidades, buenos colchones, cuarto de baño,utensilios, televisión, wifi, limpieza exquisita.La urbanización está muy bien, tiene buenas vistas, buen matenimiento, tanto interior como exterior.
