Bath/WC or shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The property is one of a type of property or apartment. EEAT-7-A

House "Sunshine". 10 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Public parking on the road. Sandy beach 10 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The holiday properties may differ in situation, size and location. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. The house will be assigned on arrival.

Location Description Alicante

Large, important, busy town, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 45 km from Benidorm, 170 km from Valencia, 90 km from Murcia. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, post office, bank, restaurant, disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Zoo Terra Natura 45 km. Access: motorway AP7, exit number 67. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Harbour Alicante. Situated on the coast, this dynamic city has a pleasant climate, friendly locals and plenty of things to see and do: the cathedral of San Nicholas, the church of Sta Mria, the castle of Barvarian Sta. During the summer the beach areas of San Juan and Campello are the most popular and lively. The celebration of the bonfires of San Juan takes place on the 24 June. Other celebrations: Verbena of San Pedro (25 - 29 Jun), Moors and Christians (4-8 Dec). This is the home and the best place to enjoy the typical Valencian Paella. R:EGVT-5-A.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans 2 magnifiques villas. Les villas étaient mieux qu'on espérait avec le nécessaire pour 6 personnes. Une grande piscine avec une eau limpide. L'agence de location sur place a ete au top. Merci à C. et R. .

La villa qui nous a été allouée par l agence Sunshine était sur la commune de l Alfa Del Pi et non El Campello de Villajoyosa. Toutefois elle était très bien, au calme et répondait aux critères et même plus.

La casa era muy amplia pero estaba ago descuidada. Una pena porque ofrecia grandes posibilidades. Interruptores sin poner, toldos mal , persianas que no subian y algun mueble en la habitacion que se caia . No funcionaba bien el motor de la piscina porque al segundo dia de estar la piscina era mugrosa no se veia el fondo. Llamamos a la agencia para que viniera operario y vino enseguida y ya cambio la piscina era de color azul.No hay aire acondicionado y hace calor en la casa por lo demas genial
