Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC. Terrace, porch. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only ES, FR. There is an outside shower on the private terrace. Large car park next to the urbanization, unnumbered spaces. AT-419718-A

Small, beautiful, cosy terraced house "Pueblo Andaluz". 10 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet position, 300 m from the sea, road to cross. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, public car park. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 600 m, bar, café 600 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 300 m, shingle beach 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Wir waren schon öfters da. Uns gefällt die Lage, nahe am Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, Pool, etc. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Preis an der oberen Grenze!

Es war wieder mal ein schöner Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Zum dritten Mal sind wir hier gewesen. Die Küche wurde renoviert, was wir toll fanden. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab am Anfang ein Problemchen mit dem Abfluss im Bad, aber wurde sofort behoben. Vielen lieben Dank an Team Interhome. Wir kommen wieder

Kleine tolle Wohnung, ideal für 2 Personen oder kleine Familie. Neu renoviert. Alles vorhanden was es für Ferien braucht. Wir haben und wohl gefühlt und waren schon zum 2 mal da.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft, diesmal in den Herbstferien und sind voll zufrieden. Nur klitzekleine Bemerkung, Backofen funktioniert nicht, genauso wie im Sommer 2022. Am Empfang im Büro D. wie immer nett und freundlich, Danke dafür. Wir würden gerne noch über Interchalet verreisen.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr schön gestaltet und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Ort. Ein Punkt minus: es gab keinen Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Ansonsten kann ich nur sehr sehr gut bewerten. Werden sehr gerne noch mal hinfahren.

Après avoir vu beaucoup de locations en Espagne, je dois dire que l'équipement (vaisselle, verres, plats, poêle "Le Creuset", couteaux et couverts) du 13 Pueblo Andaluz était vraiment au Top niveau. Il manquait un grill mais je comprends que le proprio ne veut pas que l'on salisse le carrelage de la terrasse. Douche extérieure très pratique. Points négatifs : 1/ trop de français propriétaires dans la résidence : terrain conquis.. 2/ piscine trop profonde : ça bouchonne là ou il y a pied
