Shower/WC. 2 terraces, north facing position terrace, south facing position. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Bellavista: Beautiful, cosy house "Bellavista". In the resort 4.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 3 km from the sea, 3.9 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 10 m, depth 1 - depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Parking, single garage. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station 4.5 km, ferry 4.5 km, sandy beach 4.5 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, marina 4.5 km, surf school 4.5 km, sailing school 4.5 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Villa Bellavista. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf das Meer. Ein ganz großes Lob gebührt jedoch den Mitarbeitern des Interhome Büros Denia. Wir hatten einen Wasseraustritt an einer Stelle im Vorgarten. In unserer Abwesenheit wurde das Wasser von der Behörde abgestellt. Interhome hat noch am selben Tag Abhilfe geschaffen, die Wasserversorgung hergestellt und den Mangel beseitigt. Große Klasse

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte eine wunderschöne Lage mit einem hübschen Meerblick. Der Pool war groß und wurde einmal in der Woche bestens gepflegt. An dieser Stelle soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass die Poolboys nicht nur den Pool, sondern auch die restlichen Außenanlagen gereinigt hatten. Ärgerlich waren die trotz Energiekrise weit überhöhten Nebenkosten der Fa. Interhome. Wir hatten für Strom pauschal über 400 EUR zu entrichten. Vor 3 Jahren waren es ca. 80 EUR.

La villa a répondu à nos attentes! Il manquait juste un barbecue pour que cela soit parfait et quelques degrès de plus à la piscine qui est à l'ombre dès 16h00.Les 2 parasols étaient inutilisables.

La casa está un poco alejada de la playa, pero se está muy a gusto y tranquilos en ella. Le falta menaje porque tiene pocos platos, cubiertos, sartenes... Está también un poquito descuidada, algunas cosas rotas y mal cuidadas y un poco sucia. El acceso a la casa es mediante escaleras, cosa que para gente con movilidad reducida es inviable.
