22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Bon emplacement, mais logement qui devient un peu vetuste au fil des années par rapport au prix. Lit en 140 non confortable, meubles datés, joints douche à refaire.

Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt was sehr gut ist.Sie liegt nicht direkt in Denia sondern in Les Marines außerhalb.Dort erreicht man zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit viele Restaurants und Supermärkte die eigentlich für jeden etwas bieten.Die Wohnung selbst ist ausreichend groß mit großem Balkon.Von dem man das Meer aber leider nicht sieht.Dafür liegt der erste Stock der Wohnung zu niedrig.Die Wohnung selbst ist ziemlich hellhörig.Parkplatz auf abgesperrten Grundstück.Kleiner Pool.

Appartement très bien orienté avec la plage à proximité. Super restaurant très agréable au bord de plage. Centre commercial à proximité À 10 minutes du centre de Denia, avec une vue exceptionnelle, le soir et un super restaurant et des bar sur le port.

une residence securisee avec parking , piscine de jolis appartements tres bien equipes et bien entretenus a 150 mètres de la plage , en septembre un super temps ,l'eau de la piscine parfaite et de la mer excellente , peu de monde donc beaucoup plus agréable , de pus a cote du centre ville et du port , avec des restaurants, des boutiques ,supermarchés enfin très pratique.

Très bonne location, très bien équipée. Internet qui fonctionnait super bien. Facile pour se garer dans la propriété. Piscine agréable et mer à proximité. L’isolation de l’appartement aurait pu être meilleure mais c’est le cas de tous les immeubles j’ai l’impression. Lit chambre adulte un peu petit et trop moelleux pour nous. Il manquerait peut-être un sèche-cheveux.
