For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking at the house at 50 m. 22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist jetzt nicht mehr die modernste, aber im Ganzen war alles okay. Küche hatte alles bis auf einen Backofen. Einrichtung und Mobiliar sind schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr schön ist der direkte Zugang zum Pool und die sehr gepflegte Anlage generell . Strand ist knappe 50 m entfernt zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen PKW und Haben uns an diversen Strandabschnitten fast Menschen leer in die Sonne gesetzt.

Leuk appartement. Keuken is klein maar volstaat. Voldoende servies, bestek en pannen. Grote koel/vries combi is ideaal. Tweepersoonsbed ligt OK maar 150 cm breed is even wennen. Terras met tuinset en twee ligbedden. Je loopt zo het zwembad in. Dit vonden wij prettig. Eigen parkeerplaats op het afgesloten terrein is direct naast het appartement en overdag grotendeels in de schaduw. De automatische toegangspoort is ook naast het appartement en hoor je wel open/dicht gaan.

Sería deseable y necesario unas mosquiteras en ventanas y puerta terraza, para no encontrarse con visitantes no deseados. Los arbustos laterales necesitarían un podar urgente. Limpieza vajilla, mucho que desear. Ubicación ideal.
