For shared use: large, beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (22 x 10 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, children's playground (slide). In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, café 700 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 1.2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 650 m. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Het is een heel fijn appartement dat centraal ligt, zelfs dicht bij de luxe Marina. De keuken is zeer uitgebreid en nodigt uit om ook zelf te koken. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn zeer schoon en hebben meer dan voldoende kastruimte. Dan het terras, geweldig! Hier kom je s’morgens echt even bij. Je loopt een paar stappen en bent in het zwembad. Ook de vaste parkeerplek in de garage is een luxe. Kortom, een enorme aanrader!
