Les Deveses 11 km from Dénia: Very modern, luxurious apartment block "Marina Park". 3 km from the centre of Els Poblets, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Les Deveses, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (14 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, restaurant 120 m, café 130 m, pub garden 100 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 Kindern einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und ebenfalls sehr sauber und nicht so überfüllt. Beim Parkplatz handelt es sich um ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz der per automatischem Tor abgeschlossen und somit sicher ist. Man kann dort auch seine Strandutensilien neben dem Auto lagern.

Sehr sauber und gepflegte Anlage. Geräumiger und abgeschlossener Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Einrichtung modern und vollständig. Die Nähe zum Strand. Das Meeresrauschen auf dem Balkon und im Schlafzimmer war sehr angenehm und beruhigend.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement. Al zijn er toch heel wat verbeterpunten aan te geven. De hele inrichting is gebaseerd op korte mensen. De bedden en zit-mogelijkheden zijn dermate laag dat je er niet normaal uit kunt komen. De airconditioning is, met zijn enige unit, niet toereikend om de woning werkelijk te koelen. Het bestek is van een dermate goedkope kwaliteit dat het al brak als je er normaal iets mee wilde eten. Er ontbraken handleidingen voor de wasmachine én magnetron.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para poder vivir en él, sí bien, deberían de dejar más cubiertos, tazas de desayuno y cuchillos de cocinar (solo había para comer). Es un poco ruidoso, con las ventanas abiertas se oyen los coches de la carretera principal y los fines de semana el restaurante con terraza que hay delante, pero se puede descansar. La gestión centralizada en las propias oficinas de las llaves, es un retraso. No nos facilitaron info actualizada de la zona.
