Les Deveses 11 km from Dénia: Very modern, luxurious apartment block "Marina Park". 3 km from the centre of Els Poblets, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Les Deveses, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (14 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, restaurant 120 m, café 130 m, pub garden 100 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Great spacious apartment, clean and bright, good size balcony and pool and lovely views. Three good restaurants in a two minute walk, El Racon was our favourite. Negatives were no sun loungers around the pool and no chairs or parasols provided for the beach. Also key collection and drop off 20 minutes out of your way back to the offices in Denia, which was a hassle always have had a key safe or personal contact in previous properties. Also supermarket a good 20 minute walk away.

Pesima atención al cliente de Interhome en especial de la oficina de Pego de la que depende el alojamiento. Imposible contactar con ellos (lo intemamos varios dias por teléfono antes de llegar), una vez alli se equivocaron al darnos las llaves. La persona de la sucursal con mal tono hacia el cliente, bastante desagradable. Para devolver las llaves, tienes que ir de nuevo a la agencia (aprox a 20 min del apartamento), poco lógico. Cuna de bebe de pago, primera vez que lo veo.

Amplio, limpio, camas cómodas, cocina con todo lo necesario, aire acondicionado, buena terraza, piscina y parque infantil y muy cerca de la playa. Un apartamento increíblemente cómodo. La única pega es ir a recoger las llaves a otro pueblo y tener que devolverlas también allí.

Bonito y amplio apartamento, cerca y con vistas al mar. El trato de Estefanía de la oficina de Denia fue impecable. Seguro que repetiremos. Como aspecto de mejora, hay pequeños detalles en cuestión de limpieza que se podrían mejorar y al estar pegados a la carretera es un poco ruidoso. Pero en general es una buena opción.

El apartamento es bonito y muy buen equipado está cerca de la playa de Les Deveses extensa pero muy estrecha . Está pegado a la carretera de Las Marinas por lo que se genera mucho ruido en las habitaciones con las ventanas abiertas . Hemos utilizado el aire acondicionado para dormir de forma confortable

A destacar la amplitud, limpieza y calidad del apartamento. Las vistas no son muy bonitas pero se encuentra muy cerca de la playa, aunque con accesos algo difíciles. Quizás los únicos aspectos negativos son los ruidos de las motos por la noche, al estar el apartamento cerca de la carretera principal y el no tener un supermercado cerca, por lo demás, estupendo.
