Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains, the swimming pool and the garden. Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Luz del Mediterraneo", 3 storeys, built in 2001. 5 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Les Marines, 200 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach, west facing position. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 11 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, café 250 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 250 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Käytiin synttäriteissulla joka osui näin marraskuulle ja selkeästi psikallisen sesongin ulkopuolelle. Säät olivat kaikkiaan hienot ja meille sopivasti hiukan yli 20 asteisia, yhtenä päivänä tuli reipas ukkos- ja sadeilma mutta olihan sekin hyvä nähdä. Asunto sijaitsee muutaman kilometrin päässä Denian rantakadusta ja näin kävelymatkan päässä olevia ravintoloita oli vain muutama, niistäkin suuri osa suljettuna ainakin suurimman osan aikaa vaikka netin mukaan olivat "avoinna"

Nous venions dans l’appartement pour la 2 eme fois Quelques changements bénéfiques ont été apportés tel que la literie et le grand frigo Résidence toujours aussi agréable mais un peut restrictif pour des ados sans possible jouer au ballon nul part Quand un interhome me demander de changer le flexible de douche qui fuit moi même et que il interviendrons que si j’y arrive pas Lamentable je ne suis pas plombier et je n’ai pas d’outil Je ne suis plus sûr de revenir chez interhome

Stayed at this apartment the location is great very close to the beach apart from some small issues that arose it was enjoyable. Unfortunately they were refurbishing the flats next door which resulted in loud machinery noise most of the day. My other issue was that the patio doors did not lock so you had to rely on the shutters for security and the fact it is on the second floor. We would stay again next year if available on our dates.

Appartement zeer goed mee gevallen. Al het nodige was aanwezig. Hele goede bedden . Alles was heel proper en net bij aankomst. Heel groot zonnig terras , met zelfs ligbedden en zetels. Dicht bij warenhuis Consum. Verschillende eetgelegenheden in buurt. Genoten hier.

Appartement met groot terras in een goed onderhouden, wat ouder complex met schitterende tuin en zwembaden. Op 3 minuten lopen van strand. 5 km van het centrum van Dénia. Auto is belangrijk. Goede bedden.

El apartamento esta bien , pero le falta renovar electrodomésticos mobiliario y una capa de pintura , los baños necesitaban una mejor limpieza , el sumidero de la bañera estaba lleno de pelos , vete tu a saber de cuanto tiempo, el tendedero estropeado , el exprimidor ni da vueltas ni exprime , los aires acondicionados enfrían muy poco , la persiana de la terraza se pillaba y no la podías mover , lo mejor la amplitud de la terraza , y la piscina comunitaria está bastante bien ,y la playa cercana

Une très belle résidence mais quelle déception des l’arrivée maintenance de deux jours de la piscine Appartement basic mais bien situé mais le ménage fait par interhome une vraie catastrophe Je loue depuis plus de cinq ans chez eux je ´ N ai jamais vue un lieux aussi sale L’appartement est idéalement situé et près de plage Il manque malgré tout d’un petit rafraîchissement , le mobilier extérieur et vétuste voir dégradé Et un frigo un peut plus grand pour une famille de 4 personnes

Logement agréable avec 2 chambres, 2 sdb et un grand balcon. Très bien situé avec une belle piscine et un parc bien entretenu. Garage souterrain apprécié. L'accès à la mer à pied à 5mn. Seul bémol l'accès internet avec la wifi inaccessible de 8h à 23h (pour lire les mails c'est compliqué)
