Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Las Perlas". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, from the beach. Parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 20 m, bar 40 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station 5 km, ferry 5 km, sandy beach "Platja de les Bovetes" 50 m. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, surf school 200 m, sailing school 500 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Vi ville peioritere å bo nær sandstrand. 80 meter en innafor. Trekker ned at bygget ikke har heis (4 etg.) Sofa i stue trekker ned. Utrolig dårlig sittekomfort og skitten. Ellers alt topp. Badet var trangt
