Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable apartment block "Las Barcas". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. For shared use: natural garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: terrace (18 m2), parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 20 m, bar 40 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station 5 km, ferry 5 km, sandy beach "Platja de les Bovetes" 50 m. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, surf school 200 m, sailing school 500 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Le pondría estupendo pero estuvimos sin wifi toda la semana y no podíamos entrar por el exterior al no tener llave. Entrábamos por la entrada de los coches.

La zona está bien, pero el apartamento tiene falta de mantenimiento. Dos semanas sin poder abrir la ventana del baño,la tostadora saltaba la luz sin poder usarla, el ventilador del salón sonaba como la turbina de un avión cuando lo encendidas, menos mal que le engrasaron un poco y sonaba menos. Fatal el mantenimiento.
