For shared use: garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Public parking. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 500 m, children's playground 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. hatte Ihnen am 12. Sept. eine Mängelliste gesandt, richtig störend war das defekte Licht im Wohnungsflur; nach einen Woche haben Sie reagiert und haben UNANGEMELDET Handwerker geschickt, diese konnten sich nicht einmal ausweisen. mir viel auf, dass in Tagen zuvor das Wohnungslicht eingeschaltet war, kann ich unmöglich gewesen sein, also muss zuvor schon einmal "BESUCH" dagewesen sein. ERSCHRECKEND Habe alsdann entschieden die Wohnung sofort zu verlassen. Ach ja; das WZ-Licht ist dafür aus,

LLEGAMOS A DENIA Y NOS TUVIMOS QUE PASAR A RECOGER LAS LLAVES A LAS OFICINAS QUE ESTAN A 15 MINUTOS DEL APARTAMENTO. PARA LLAMAR EN LA RESERVA LLAMAS Y RATOS SOLO TE HABLAN EN INGLES A UNAS HORAS NO EN ESPAÑOL . DECIR A FAVOR LA GENTE DE LA OFICINA MUY MAJA. LLEGAMOS AL APARTAMENTO SOLO AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN UNA HABITACIÓN EN LAS OTRAS DOS HABITACIONES VENTILADORES .UNA ALMOHADA DESECHA Y LA CAMA MATRIMONIO SE HUNDIA. LA TELE DEL SALON CADA MINUTO DARLE AL EXIT PARA PODERLA VERLA

Bonjour, c’est dommage que la location était mal équipée, manque de couverts , ampoules non changées , achat de multiprise ! Faut pas inviter des personnes à déjeuner ! Trop minimaliste. D’autre part, cette année nous avons dû patienter bien après 16h 15 afin d’avoir les clés de la location, nous sommes arrivés à l’agence vers 11h le matin pour savoir si elle était libre . On nous a dit d’attendre leur coup de fil en début d’après-midi , ce qui n’a pas été fait !!! A suivre
