For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (16 x 11 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool. In the house: lift. Shop 300 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 300 m, café, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach 50 m.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. La sorpresa al abrir la puerta fue mayuscula ya que el apartamento no reune las condiciones minimas para esta zona y el precio que pagamos, al final solo nos quedamos dos personas y las otras dos buscaron otra acomodacion. Tuvimos que pedir almohadas nuevas y realizar una limpieza extra. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. El sofa esta en muy malas condiciones. Tuvieron que comprarnos un forro para poder usarlo. Una decepcion que interhome permita esto y ha sido un trastorno enorme.

We regret that the accommodation did not meet your expectations. Please contact the on-site staff for any facility concerns. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. While the bedrooms do not have air conditioning, a portable unit is available and both bedrooms now feature ceiling fans. The sofa, while older, remains functional and has been updated with a new cover.

Apparment placed at the top floor, with a beautifull terrace around the appartment. A very nice view of the garden and swimmingpool with the middeterinian ocean in the background, and on the other side a great view of the mountains. The appartment is well equiped and fits 2 adult and 2 children. In my opinion best buy in Denia, and we will look forward to come back soon.
