Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Dianium". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Dénia, in a central, quiet position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney-shaped (20 x 15 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 80 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry 800 m, sandy beach "Les Marines" 200 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Het appartement was prachtig, alleen wij hebben bijna 15 minuten gedaan om de deur open te krijgen. Hele bos met sleutels. Ook was er een dekbed te weinig en er waren geen dekbedovertrekken. Dat vonden wij wel jammer. Wij waren met 3 personen die graag een eigen dekbed wilden. Ook klopte de WIFI code niet. Daar moesten wij ook voor bellen. Was een compleet andere code dan op de formulieren die wij meegekregen hadden. Is goed opgelost verder Het appartement was verder top. Ligging was perfect!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement idéalement placé à égale distance de la plage et de la ville. Tout peut se faire à pied. Résidence agréable et sécurisée. Très belle piscine. Superbe vue mer.
