Apartment block "Castillo Playa", 4 storeys, built in 2002. 1 km from the centre of Denia, 400 m from the sea. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach 400 m. Tennis 550 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Hemos alquilado este apartamento varios años y se nota que hay cosas que ha pasado el tiempo y habría que mejorarlas: - los sofás están hechos polvo (la tapiceria está manchada, los brazos se caen y se hunde...). - la lavadora se para y no centrífuga. - El moviliario de la terraza está viejo. Si cambiasen o mejorase esos detalles estaría muy bien.

Tuvimos problemas en el apartamento con las sillas ( los asientos sueltos) los colchones ya han trabajado lo suficiente, te clavas todos los muelles, sin cortinas, lo más importante los mandos de la vitrocerámica hundidos y no se puede poner en marcha porque no ves la potencia ni controlas el funcionamiento.LO MEJOR DE TODO ES QUE LLAMAS A LA AGENCIA YE MANDAN A LOS TECNICOS Y TE DICEN, QUE LO TIENEN QUE CAMBIAR Y TE ENTERAS DE QUE LA PERSONA QUE NOS RECOMENDO YA LO TENIA EL AÑO ANTERIOR PENOSO.

la urbanización y la proximidad de la playa está muy bien. La pega en ese piso es que le faltan las cortinas y los colchones son muy malos. es la pega más grande que tiene el piso por lo demás muy bien. Con ustedes todo correcto. Un saludo A. R.

Esta bien situado y la casa es grande pero tanto las camas como el sofá son muy incómodos y viejos esta todo un poco mal cuidado. Vas a descansar en vacaciones y esta casa no es la más apropiada para ello

La urbanización tendrá sus años y se nota , el apartamento es bastante pequeño, pero eso no es el problema, digamos que está descuidado, los sofás están sucios, menos mal que me traje fundas , la mesa y las sillas de la terraza viejas , no hay perchas en los baños para dejar una toalla , las habitaciones más básicas imposible . En fin , por eso precio ( que no es poco) podrían reformar la casa, no hemos estado cómodos. La ubicación buena , 15 /20 minutos andando del pueblo .
