Residence "Cascadas de la Marina", 4 storeys, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Denia, 250 m from the sea. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (15 x 30 m, depth 150 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 250 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Lift.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Très belle résidence, appartement bien situé, à proximité à pied de la ville, plage et supermarchés. mais appartement très mal équipé : vaisselle insuffisante (ex, 4 petites cuillères pour 4, pas de verre à pied, cafetière inutilisable, ...), canapé pour 2 : location pour 4. la chambre avec 2 lits simples est trop petite : le 2d lit est gigogne et on ne peut plus ouvrir le placard. le jardinet n'est pas utilisable : pas de table, barbecue rouillé, pas de parasol. prenez un autre appartement !

Trés bien équipé, superbes piscines, mer, magasins, port et centre ville à proximité. Jardin trés bien entretenu. Propreté limite des parures de lits, couettes et couvertures à cause de ça je ne mets pas excellent.

El apartamento estaba muy bien situado y la zona verde era estupenda con dos piscinas muy cerca de la playa. Hemos estado muy bien. Sería bueno que el sofá fuera de 4 plazas o añadir otro de 2. Limpieza buena. Calidad precio muy bien.

Es una pena q con el patio q tiene el apartamento no tenga mobiliario, pinta de abandono y una barbacoa ridícula. Por lo demás el apartamento no está mal, acordé a lo contratado. La urbanización muy bonita, limpia y cerca d la playa.

Apartamento para 4 personas pero sofá de solo dos plazas en el salón, de las dos terrazas exteriores la más grande sin sombrillas ni toldos, con una barbacoa de tamaño ridículo. Equipamiento de cocina muy justo, y mantenimiento general pobre -persianas medio rotas, toldo con problemas para subir y bajar...-. He veraneado otras veces en esta urbanización y solo puedo decir que decepcionante.

Todo limpisimo y mas con el covid 19.a 5min de playa y el apartamento frente a jardin y piscina.pidimos entrar antes de la hora de check in y lo agradecimos mucho porque ibamos con niños pequeños.el puerto a 10 0 12 min caminando.la urbanizacion super cuidada y sin masificar de gente.toda nacional y familiar.c9n i terhome todo muy bien.solucionaron todas las dudas y muy amables.tranquilo y para niños.no hay sartenes ni cazos en apartamento.menaje si.hay Wi-Fi y aire acondicionado en salon.

El patio trasero un desastre, no había mesas ni sillas, ni un toldo o un cenador, estado pésimo muy abandonado, las plantas en estado salvaje. Necesita una buena poda. No nos ha gustado la entrega de llaves, llevábamos niños pequeños, la entrega de llaves mejor que sea en casa de alquiler y almediodia. Y la hora fatal, las 4 de la tarde con el calor pésimo. Tuve que esperar fuera una media hora y eso que hice el Checking una semana antes.
