In the house: lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 250 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. El apartamento está genial, muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la playa andando y cerca del pueblo si necesidad de coger el che, tiene una terraza estupenda y con todo lo necesario. Por poner una "pega" o una posible mejora.....una lavavajillas vendría perfecto.

Me ha encantado alojarme en Cascadas de la Marina. Repetiré seguro. La terraza es fantástica. Desde ella se ve el mar y siempre se está fresquito debido a la brisa marina. Hemos estado en plena ola de calor y ha sido fantástico. Las instalaciones, ubicación y limpieza son de 10. Hay aparcamiento privado y en la misma calle siempre hay también. La playa está a 2 minutos. Denia es una ciudad cultural y gastronómica. La diversión está asegurada

En mi opinión deberían cambiar la cerradura de la puerta , lleva varios años así , el plato de ducha se estanca y el agua desborda , ya el año pasado estaba igual , por lo demás todo correcto

Le faltan utensilios de cocina para cocinar y al menos podían dejar un rollo de papel higiénico en el baño
