Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Cosy apartment block "Bahia Blanca", 3 storeys. In the district of Les Marinas, 4 km from the centre of Denia, 300 m from the sea, road to cross. For shared use: well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool. In the house: lift. Parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bar, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. De advertentie "3 personen / 2 kamers / 1 slaapkamer" is misleidend Het suggereert 2 kamers plus een slaapkamer .Het is slechts 1 kamer en 1 kleine slaapkamer. Het appartement heeft onvoldoende verwarmings mogelijkheden, is niet geschikt voor meer dan 2 personen. Ongeschikt voor verblijf in de wintermaanden. Garderobe ontbreekt.Gebruiksschade aan het interieur., koude vloer, ongeriefelijke stoelen., losse wandcontactdoos Zitbank versleten . Pluspunt: De lokale interhome service is perfect

Wir haben in diesem Appartment 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Für 2 Personen optimal. Terrasse ist geräumiger, als auf dem Foto. Allerdings nur eine Liege vorhanden. Zur Ausstattung der Küche muss ich sagen, das uns dort einiges doch gefehlt hat. Es gab Tassen und Schälchen in grossen Mengen. Dafür keine Behältnisse mit Deckel, die man für den Kühlschrank benötigt hätte,oder Frühstücksteller. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre auch angebracht gewesen, sollte man vielleicht bei Anreise mal nachfragen.

Très bon accueil au sein de l’agence Interhome de Dénia. Le commercial a été très gentil. L’appartement très bien entretenu, très propre ainsi que les parties communes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé.

Solo se han preocupado de que pagues, no te reciben ni te recogen las llaves, el inmueble está bastante dejado, muebles mordidos, rotos y en mal estado. La limpieza escasa... Mando del garaje funcionaba mal, y el garaje ni te explican cuál es, tienes que buscarte la vida...

Es un apartamento pequeño, pero muy práctico. Cuenta con todo tipo de utensilios y recursos necesarios para proporcionar una agradable estancia. Además, posee una estupenda y gran terraza, donde poder comer o tomar el sol. También añadir que el alojamiento cuenta con un jardín con piscina, grande y muy tranquilo, con un amplio horario y con una plaza de garaje exterior. La playa está a 5 min andando.

Location bien placée, proche de la mer. Belle piscine, calme dans la résidence, avec place de parking facile d'accès. Ascenseur Nous avons aimé la facilité et le sérieux pour la réservation et récupération des clefs du logement. Équipement usagé, logement fonctionnel sans prétention.
