Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Sitio estupendo para pasar unas vacaciones y relajarse muy tranquilo en el mes de Septiembre, la piscina y el jardín muy bien, la terraza estupenda, El apartamento en general bien, ya le han equipado con congelador, que solo tenía frigorífico. Parte del mobiliario debería de renovarse, ya un poquito deteriorados

Cocina con restos de comida en mobiliario y en utensilios. Polvo acumulado y telarañas. Bañera con moho. Paredes muy sucias. Falta una buena limpieza a fondo.,cuando salen unos clientes dejan un buen margen de tiempo para hacerlo ya que la recogida de llaves es a las 16.00horas y hay tiempo para dejar el piso impoluto. Puerta de acceso a la piscina no cerraba y al viajar con un niño es un poco peligroso.

Apartamento planta baja con acceso directo a la piscina, pero el acristalamiento hacen que estés a la vista de cualquier persona que baje a la piscina, como una vitrina, o como Gran hermano, estás a la vista de todo el mundo 24 horas, menos en el lavabo. En terraza todavía menos intimidad, codo a codo con vecinos y con la capacidad de ser observado 24 horas, lo cual no es conveniente en época COVID. No obstante si lo tuyo es gran hermano y el contacto y jolgorio con vecinos, resérvalo sin duda!
