Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, pub garden 300 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Bus Local" 450 m, sandy beach "Puerto Blanco" 1.4 km. Ein tolle Haus,welches wir zum 2. mal bewohnen durften. Es war bisher immer sauber und ausreichend mit Haushaltsutensilien sowie Tischen, Stühlen und Poolliegen bestückt. Wenn man was verbessern wollte, könnte man noch einen Geschirrspüler und eine längere Pooltreppe nachrüsten. Alles in allem aber in Ordnung.

Vi tilbrakte en uke i dette flotte huset med hele familien, totalt syv personer. Inndelingen i tre leiligheter passet oss perfekt. Uteområdet var fantastisk flott, og ble vedlikeholdt fortløpende av både gartner og pool man. Her var alt på stell. Calpe er forøvrig en flott destinasjon som byr på både god mat og gode opplevelser. Totalt sett gir vi denne eiendommen full score!

Schönes großes Haus. Alststadt in 10min Strand in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Bäcker und zwei kleine Supermärkte in 6-7min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Objekt hat eine mangelhaft funktionierende Zentralheizung (Fussbodenheizsystem) in 2 von 3 Apartment. Das Mobiliar und das Gebäude ist etwas abgelebt (in die Jahre gekommen). Bei der Ankunft mussten erst mal ältere Hundehäufchen aus der Anlage aufgenommen und entsorgt werden. Ungeeignet zum Überwintern.

Huset hade tre lägenheter så alla fick sitt eget utrymme. Perfekt läge med mataffär och restaurang nära. 15 min till stranden men man kan enkelt ta bussen om man inte orkar gå. Huset var toppen!

Leuk huisje als je met veel mensen bent wij waren met 8 . Alles aanwezig in huisje. Misschien ideetje om eens te investeren in nieuwe terrasmeubelen. We hadden problemen met zwembad maar deze werden direct opgelost door interhome . Dicht bij centrum was ook pluspunt .

Et helt igennem dejligt hus . Vi mangled dog håndklæder til strand hvilket vi ikke var informeret om . Dejlig pool , og område , dog var der før porten fyldt med katte/hunde affald ikke særligt lækkert. Der var dog mange myg - som vi var plaget af - mygge lamper kan tilrådes fremad . Eller havde vi en skøn familie ferie i det smukke Calpe.
