No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The property is one of a type of property or apartment. EEAT-7-A

House "Sunshine". 10 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Public parking on the road. Bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 10 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The holiday properties may differ in situation, size and location. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. The house will be assigned on arrival.

59 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, cosy, family-friendly village, holiday village and summer holiday resort with 25'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient, idyllic position with beautiful view, 115 km south-east from Valencia, 60 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Climbing, hiking, indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 - 60 km. Sights Fiesta de la Cerveza Noviembre, Kids' club Parque de Atracciones Infantil.Jun-Oct. (kids') animation, coach tours, nature reserve. Access: motorway AP7 ALICANTE - VALENCIA, exit number 64 "ALTEA / CALPE". Then road N332 VALENCIA. Sandy beach and bays. Harbour, diving, sailing and surfing. Golf club 12 km. The symbol of the area, the "Penon de Ifach" is behind the fishing harbour. Market on Saturdays. Flea market on Wednesdays. Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October. A car is recommended. Due to its mild climate, Calpe is ideal for Winter holidays. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing, children's hiking paths. 6 km bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Terra Mítica (Benidorm)" 20 km.

Très bonne surprise nous étions dans la ville de la Nucia a 20 mn de Benidorm et 40 mn de Calp. Une super maison mitoyenne neuve avec piscine . Accès internet. Prévoir le budget clim nous ne l'avons pas fait et avons regretté. Petit bémol c'est de ne pas savoir exactement où vont se passer nos vacances. Pour l'organisation des activités ça change la donne mais si on est pas regardant la dessus c'est pas très grave. L'agence à été très bien à notre arrivée et notre départ.

La villa qui nous a été attribuée était dans un quartier très calme. Elle correspondait à l offre avé des plus comme un lave vaisselle, la climatisation (payante) dans une chambre et un lave vaisselle. De quoi passer un bon séjour. Bon accompagnement et réactivité de l agence pour l entretien de la villa car 1ere année de location. Bref nous sommes très satisfaits et avons pu découvrir Calpe tranquillement.

Belle découverte cette maison typique espagnole est adaptée pour 4 personnes. Vous pouvez profitez du soleil ou d’endroits ombragés en fonction de vos humeurs. Cette maison est certes un peu désuète mais très agréable à seulement 2,3 km de la belle plage de la Fossa et avec une piscine privée!

Nous avions un peu d'appréhension à notre arrivée, ne sachant sur quelle maison nous allions tomber. Ca s'est vite dissipé! La maison était propre, bien équipé, à 800m de la plage à pied, le jardin clos sans vis-à-vis avec une belle piscine et nous avions vue mer. Seul inconvénient le secteur n'était pas respecté, nous étions à L'albir (L'Alfas des Pi). Acceptation de la CB par l'agence Sunshine serait un plus.

Nous avons été très déçu de cette location l'extérieur est en très jolie par contre l'intérieur et tout petit c'est une annexe de maison avec des odeurs de venant de la salle de bain insupportable. Nous avons passé la semaine à l'extérieur l'intérieur de nous a servi que pour nous coucher et encore

La limpieza es meramente cosmética. Al llegar nos encontramos la cocina sucia, con grasa hasta en las puertas de los armarios adyacentes a el fogón, incluso con hormigas, al llamar refiriéndome a el asunto, me instaron a esperar diciendo que mandarían a la chica que realiza la limpieza, a lo cual me negué dado que supondría perder toda la tarde entre espera y limpieza. Limpiamos lo que usamos, encimera, fuegos, platos etc, ya que también pagamos por la limpieza.

Belle villa Mais pas de climatisation donc il fait très très chaud à l'intérieur. l'agence espagnole ... en charge de la location ne gère pas bien les choses en plus d'avoir un accueil très désagréable. La location était sale nous avons dû nettoyer et désinfecter nous mêmes à notre arriver. Nous avons été dérangés à plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour pour cause de multiples réparation.

La casa Peter es fantástica!!! Está completamente equipada, tiene todos los espacios muy bien distribuidos y organizados, para estar cómodo en cualquier parte de las estancias. Tiene un balcón muy práctico desde el que vigilas constantemente la piscina. La cocina también es muy cómoda y confortable ya que tiene todos los accesorios necesarios para cocinar.... en definitiva repetiría sin duda en la casa Peter.

Unterkunft in gutem Zustand!Bis auf den undichten Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad,ein kleines Joghurtglas unter dem Siphon sollte das tropfende Waschwasser auffangen!? naja Aber sonst keine Klagen war OK!
