Der Zugang / Zuwegung zum Grundstück ist für Personen mit körperlicher Behinderung und ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Zu steil und die Treppe ohne festes Geländer, nur mit einem dicken Seil ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer stellt keinen Schlüssel für das Postfach zur Verfügung, uns konnte daher keine wichtige Post zugestellt werden, bzw. wir konnten unsere Post nicht abholen. Es waren wichtige Dokumente, daher sind uns Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden!

Bonjour Pour commencer parlons de la situation, qui pour moi est excellente. Le quartier de la fustera est superbe et proche des calas. La maison est donc idéalement placée, et dans la globalité correct quoique vieillote mais propre. La piscine idem et bien ensoleillé. Le point négatif est le jardin, celui du bas est a l abandon et celui du haut ne correspond plus aux photos proposées. Le pin est rasé et idem pour un palmier donc moins d'hombre. La maison de devant est a l'abandon donc pas beau

la photo ne correspond pas à la réalité. Les arbres ont été coupés et important vis à vis avec le voisin De plus, la pente qui descend au garage est très à pic et n'a pas permis de rentrer la voiture Pas de moustiquaire aux fenêtres et il manque des ustensiles dans la cuisine que nous avons dû acheter. Je ne recommande pas cette maison !

No tiene cubo de basura. No tiene ni un solo mantel. La rampa de entrada del vehículo es empinadísima, con un desnivel increíble, es tan empinada que incluso a pie es difícil subir o bajar, Deberían indicarlo en la descripción de la casa. No hay mosquiteras, en una zona donde hay tantos mosquitos es increíble no se hayan instalado.Nos acribillaron a picotazos. El jardín tiene algunas plantas que pinchan como agujas. En el garaje, en una pared hay un agujero hueco grande sin tapar.

Het tuinmeubilair is van de goedkoopste pvc en versleten , kussens op de ligbedden zijn er niet , in het zwembad zijn vele losse stenen , de slaapbedden zijn totaal versleten , de keuken erbarmelijk , vaatwasser vol roest en werkt maar half , bij aankomst begon de buitenverlichting te smeulen , we hebben dan de elektriciteit afgezet , deze is na melding wel gemaakt, garage poort kon niet meer toe ,eigenlijk mag dit huis niet meer verhuurd worden !

État de la maison correcte. Les 2 chambres sont climatisées. La salle de bain est spacieuse. Le WC principal est ridiculeusement petit, heureusement qu'il y a celui de la salle de bain. Terrain entièrement clôturé avec un grand garage pour la voiture ce qui est très pratique. La piscine est grande et bien ensoleillée. L'emplacement géographique et parfait, quartier calme et proche de Calpé. Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour agréable hormis la présence de moustiques le soir en fin journée.

Una pena que la casa esté tan dejada falta limpieza, mano de pintura y alguna reforma. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que barrer pues estaba lleno de pelusas gigantes, telarañas en las lámparas, polvo en los muebles, sillas y tumbonas sucias. Sin mosquiteras,lo que se ahorran en ponerlas lo gastan en luz del aire acondicionado pues por la noche en vez de abrir las ventanas lo pones para estar bien y que no entren los mosquitos y bichos.Que lástima que no la pongan al día.Piscina y ubicación maravilloso
