Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 850 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station 1.6 km, sandy beach "Playa Puerto Blanco" 600 m. Sports harbour 500 m, golf course (9 hole) 11.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Maison correct mais mal placée :la route se situe juste en dessous de la maison et piscine. Vraiment trop bruyant....pas de climatisation et obligé en raison du bruit de dormir avec les fenêtres fermées....ventilateur disponible mais excessivement bruyant aussi. Ce n était vraiment pas des vacances au calme. Ménage très moyen...

L’extérieur de la maison ne correspond pas aux photos de l’annonce sur Abritel! La piscine: elle n’est pas rectangle donc les dimensions ne sont pas celles notées sur l’annonce. La terrasse: la table à manger extérieure est à moins d’un mètre de la piscine. De ce fait la circulation est limitée, je déconseille aux familles avec enfants en bas âges. Le pire: la terrasse et la piscine sont en accès libre! Pas de porte, portail ou autre pour fermer. N’importe qui peut accéder à cet espace .

Perfekt lille hus med en perfekt privat pool. Fra huset var det nemt at gå ind til den gamle by. Flot udsigt fra fællespoolen som også var et dejligt sted. Vi savnede en grill og en aircondition.

La casa requiere mejoras . Colchones en mal estado ( muelles rotos de la cama de matrimonio y manchados). Espejo antiguo y roto de uno de los baños a punto de desprenderse y a una altura inadecuada. Una pata de la mesa de jardín más corta que el resto. Uno de los ventiladores necesita un cambio urgente.

Thank you for the comments. We have now taken care of the mattress replacement, the fan is replaced, the garden table fixed and the mirror checked. Nevertheless, we would like the keyholder notified on the spot for any defects that requires attentention.
