Restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 2 km, rocky beach "Cala La Manzanera" 700 m, swimming bay 50 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Work by renowned architect Ricardo Bofill, it recalls the traditional Moorish and Mediterranean architecture. The building is build up on Greek cross shape, with interconnected patios to access to the apartments. Its name comes from íts wider red color gamut. The pool is in the rooftop, where you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view. You can not make photos for professional use without prior authorization.

the building despite needing work is beautiful. The apartment needed some improvements, both from an aesthetic and functional point of view. During our internship we noticed a bad drainage of the shower so we had to solve the problem ourselves. Not having rags and hand towels in the kitchen seems to be easy and not too expensive. The lack of wi-fi seems ridiculous I think it's important for people to know that they don't have hygiene products,including toilet paper.In general we loved it !

Zo blij hier te kunnen logeren en het gebouw te bekijken. Het lijkt een labyrint, maar zit schitterend in elkaar. Het appartement was sober maar proper, zeer goed bed en goede douche. Uitzicht op zee en de Ifach. Vlakbij kan je zwemmen in zee. Het zwembad op de top is ook prachtig. Tip: ga op het middaguur, wij waren er toen alleen!

Cuando uno se aloja en la Muralla Roja ya sabe a lo que viene. El edificio es sencillamente una obra de arte, y el entorno de la Manzanera, con las demás edificaciones de Ricardo Bofill, espectacular. Nos llevamos unos bonitos recuerdos. El apartamento en sí está bastante completo, pero no esperéis lujos. No es la ubicación ideal para conocer Calpe y el edificio no está pensando para la comodidad del residente bajo los estándares convencionales. No obstante no buscábamos ni una cosa ni la otra.

Fuimos por el edificio que es una pasada. El apartamento se podría mejorar bastante simplemente limpiando y ordenando un poco. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear (utensilios de cocina sucios, baño con polvo...) Los armarios están llenos de trastos que te impiden guardar nada, se agradece que tengan ventilador, sombrilla e incluso palas, pero el radiador en pleno julio no hace falta y se podría guardar mejor. Tampoco había indicaciones de acceso a la piscina y te tenías que buscar la vida.

We appreciate your feedback. We got in touch with our local team about your review and can confirm that there is sufficient storage space available. In the upper part of the cupboards there are well-stored duvets for the winter and in one of the cupboards downstairs there are also hammocks that you are welcome to use. The rest are empty, available and very large and in one of the bedrooms is also another chest of drawers. In the living room there are even board games provided for your use. The cleaning teams will be informed of your comments nonetheless.
