Very modern, beautiful apartment block "Isea Calpe", 8 storeys, built in 2019. In the centre of Calpe, in a sunny position, in the heart of the city, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, depth 40 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, supermarket 180 m, restaurant 30 m, bar, café 100 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 150 m, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 130 m. Sports harbour 2.2 km, marina 2.2 km, golf course (9 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October. A car is recommended. Due to its mild climate, Calpe is ideal for Winter holidays. Hei! Vi leide sammen med familien A. leilighet 04 og 06. Vi var fornøyd med leiligheten. Sentralt og fin beliggenhet i Calpe. Det vi fikk erfare var at Interhome ikke har forsikret leilighet og inventar. Ved uhell/skade må leietager dekke skaden uansett beløp. Det eneste som står i dokumenter vi mottok er at 200 euro trekkes fra kredittkortet ved skade.  Med slike betingelser våger ikke vi å leie av Interhome igjen. Med hilsen J. This is the third time that we have stayed in this apartment, due to its great location being close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops and it's fabulous terrace. Each time, we have found the apartment to be very clean and extremely well stocked. It is also in a very quiet location, ensuring that you sleep well, and the beds are of a very good quality.

This is the third or fourth time that we have stayed in this apartment and we love it. Its in a great position, handy for the shops, promenade and restaurants. Really feels like home rather than a holiday rental. Has a great sun terrace, with fabulous views. Very secure apartment with underground parking, which is a must in Calpe

Superb apartment, great location. This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, much better now that the tv in the lounge is bigger. Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, we’ll be back. Only problem was the internet, it was down for last three days but it didn’t detract from the holiday experience.

Excellent apartment to stay in, very high quality furnishings, felt more like a home than a rental apartment. Very clean, excellent bedding and towels. Huge terrace with very big sun awning if required. Very secure apartment block with underground parking, which is a must in calpe. Excellent location for beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment, would definitely stay again. No problems booking with Interhome.
