Ideal location, very clean and loads of space, everything you need. Outside furniture does need replacing. Beds were very comfortable. The only minor issue is if you don’t like heights be aware of the glass lifts!

Der Bezug am Sonntag verlief den den klaren Instruktionen rasch und problemlos. Die Wohnung fanden wir sauber und in gutem Zustand vor. Einzig fehlte eine Bedienungsanweisung für den Fernseher und am letzten Tag funktionierte die Klimanlage nicht mehr richtig.

1er impression le parking si vous avez un grand véhicule à fuir !!! Car l’entrée du parking et très étroit et la place attribuée avec cette location n’est pas pratique. Il y a des problèmes avec la porte du garage. L’appartement était sale avec une forte odeur. La climatisation puait nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser et pour finir nous avons eu la visite de gros cafards. Pas digne d’un 4 étoile !!!

Al llegar el apartamento no estaba limpio por la falta de coordinación entre la empresa de alquiler y el personal de limpieza, tuvieron que llamar urgentemente al personal de limpieza para realizar el trabajo . El apartamento es magnífico, en su amplitud y sobre todo en sus vistas 360grados, donde se puede ver de forma privilegiada el.peñon el.mar y la montaña. La única pega es el ascensor que es súper lento , así como la apertura de puerta del garaje que es muy lenta su respuesta

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung, besonders für spanische Verhältnisse. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Strassenlärm ist leider sehr gut hörbar, dafür ist alles in der Nähe. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend. Andere Bewohner hört man nicht. Die TG-Einfahrt ist eng und für lange Autos nicht gut geeignet.

Ruim en schoon appartement met 360 graden views over de bergen, de Penon Ifach, het zoutmeer met flamingo’s en de zee. Het appartement ligt wat achteraf, maar de stranden en het centrum zijn binnen 15-30 wandelminuten bereikbaar.

Llegamos domingo. Nos indicaron lugar para recoger llaves e instrucciones de llegada tras perfecta atención telefónica. Lo mismo al marcharnos, era festivo. Apartamento limpio, muy espacioso y luminoso con una terraza que en sí vale por si sola la estancia (13ªplanta Vistas 360⁰ Peñón,mar y montaña). Buena piscina y garaje. No es 1ª línea y si tú objetivo es estar cerca de la playa quizá no sea la mejor ubicación a pesar de estar relativamente cerca. Supermercados en la puerta. Para ir sin duda!

La limpieza no estaba bien realizada, las puertas sucias de huellas de manos el baño sucio, deberían tener más cuidado con la limpieza ya que todo tiene que tener una desinfección óptima debido al covid-19. Las limpiadoras solo limpian donde se ve y nada más. Había también algunos desperfectos, se avisó a la agencia y lo subsanaron rapidísimo, por parte de la agencia les doy un 10, pero equipo de limpieza les pongo 0.
