Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed and fan. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Beautiful view of the sea. Playa Arenal: Apartment block "Atlántico", 14 storeys. 1.4 km from the centre of Calpe, in a sunny position, 40 m from the sea, 40 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: lift. Public car park at 20 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 34 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 40 m. Sports harbour 850 m, surf school. Nearby attractions: Peñon de Ifach, Salinas en Calpe, Terra Mítica, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm).

Heel goeie ligging, slechte staat en onderhoud van het appartement. Pro: De ligging van het appartement. Meteen bij het strand, horeca, winkels, apothekers, centrum… mooi uitzicht en rustige buurt & appartementsgebouw Contra: Het appartement was heel verouderd met veel defecten en mankementen. Er was heel oppervlakkig gepoetst. Geen parkeermogelijkheid bij het gebouw of in de buurt (tenzij betalend). Auto moest verderop geparkeerd worden op een gratis zandparking. Een heel verouderd appartement met een top ligging. Jammer dat er al een paar centimeter stof op het wandmeubel lag. Er hing nog een vuile stoffen mondmasker aan de badkamerdeur. \nDe oven verwarmde niet warmer dan 90 graden. De glazen deur die naar het terras leidde viel bijna uit de muur. De zetel was vettig en stoffig. \nDe vloer was spekglad bij aankomst. Het leek alsof er gedweild was met frituurolie. \nEr was nergens wifi in het appartementsgebouw, er werden geen inloggegevens of mogelijkheid tot betalen voor wifi meegegeven.

Wohnung ist schön renoviert, aber schlecht Instand gehalten. Reinigung war ok. Ich musste einige Mängel per span. Mail melden: Bei Ankunft lief Wasser unter dem Spültrog in Küche heraus. Ein Nachbar reparierte die Leitung. Beim Herd war der Schalter vorne rechts defekt. Wurde sofort ersetzt. Staubsauger in desolatem Zustand und stank! Wurde auch ersetzt. Duschknopf hielt ich beim ersten Gebrauch in den Händen. Fenster vorne Veranda defekt. Bei Wind "Durchzug" in ganzer Wohnung. Siehe Mails.

Muy buena ubicación y en genral bien. Alguna bombilla fundida. Lo peor es q la limpieza deja mucho q desear, sobre todo los utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos y cubiertos
