254 m a.s.l. >>Cosy resort, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 70 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. The coast is situated between Calpe and Moraira and is shaped by its cliffs, swimming bays and a sandy beach. The other closest sandy beaches are situated in Moraira and Calpe. Car is necessary. It is possible to take part in summer sports, entertainment and organised trips. Market on Saturdays. Flea market on Tuesdays. Its famous patron saint fiestas at the end of April and its "Moros y Cristianos" at the end of June. Golf course 9 km. Très belle maison rien ne manquaient très propres super piscine quand nous sommes arrivée tout étaient pres j'ai passé 15 jours super entre temps le personnel est venu nettoyé la piscine le matin mes enfants étaient très content de la maison et de la piscine je reviendrais merci encore

Der Pool war super. Die Unterkunft hat leider keine Klimaanlage und die Küche ist im schlechten Zustand. Nicht mal ein Feuerzeug für den Gasherd war vorhanden. In der ersten Nacht wurden wir von Bettwanzen besucht. Über 50 Stiche pro Bein. Die Stiche sind so hartnäckig, dass sie nach über 2 Wochen noch da sind. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt.

Estupenda casa con todo lo que necesitas para olvidarte de la rutina diaria, x poner una pega no tiene aire acondicionado pero con ventiladores se está bien, la piscina fantástica con un buen mantenimiento del agua.

Het is een fijn huis maar wel zijn er een aantal dingen verouderd. Zoals de keuken valt bijna van ellende uit elkaar. Heerlijk zwembad ook rondom het zwembad mag er wel wat gedaan worden. Verf, nieuw grind... De 2e slaapkamer heeft geen raam naar buiten, geen vin aan het plafond. Terwijl de eerste slaapkamer een vin heeft en een raam naar buiten. Ik mis een airco/ Prima vertoeven voor een weekje. Jammer dat er niet gewerkt wordt met een sleutelkastje nu moet je naar Calpe rijden voor de sleutel.

Die Unterkunft war ein sehr schönes kleines Haus. Der Pool hat uns sehr begeistert. Die Kleiderbügel in den Schränken waren so eingestaubt, das ich alle erstmal säubern musste, um sie zu benutzen. Jedoch könnte die Ausstattung der Küche mal erneuert werden. Die Spüle defekt, die Küchenschränke dadurch vermodert und aufgequollen. Die Hängeschränke fallen bald von der Wand und auch die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Zubehör bedarf einer Erneuerung und auch die Kaffeemaschine sieht nicht mehr schön aus. Im Bad fehlen ein paar Haken. Aus unserer Sicht fehlt eine Überdachung oder ein Rollo am Treppenaufgang hinten, hier verbrennt man sich die Füße auf der Treppe und der eine kleine Schirm ist nicht ausreichend zum Schatten spenden. Außerdem wird es mit der Nachmittagssonne so warm im Haus, dass man Nachts kaum schlafen kann. Zumal in allen Schlafräumen wenigstens ein Deckenventilator fehlt, wenn es schon für eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen nicht reicht. Aus dieser Sicht sind wir der Meinung das der Preis zu hoch ist. Beim nächsten mal achten wir dann mehr auf solche Dinge noch vor der Buchung.

Un jardin à l’abondons, un barbecue petit , cassé tt rouillé , tt les fenêtres sont effritées du à l’humidité donc la maison ne sens pas bon , elle est trop chère pour le peu de prestations, le plus la piscine , pas assez d’accessoires

Lage war super ist ruhig gelegen. Jedoch war es nicht sauber und teilweise veraltet. Im badezimmer viel der hebel vom schutz der badewanne immer ab. Vieles war lose.. Auch im kinderschlafzimmer viel die vorhangstange herunter. Im ganzen Haus stank es.. Man merkte das nie gelüftet wurde. Die schränke gingen zum teil nie richtig zu..im haus selber war es auch immer feucht..dieses haus hat definitiv eine renovation nötig. Ist sehr schade das man nichts macht.

Rustig gelegen woning met veel privacy. Weinig verkeer. De keuken mag vernieuwd worden, en aangevuld met extra gerief waaronder wijn- en cavaglazen, grote kookpot, koksmessen. In het bad is geen douchestang aanwezig en armatuur is verouderd. Oppassen met plastieken tuinstoelen. Deze verduren door weersinvloeden.

El equipo de interhome,estupendo rapidez y muy amables.La casa muy bonita y tranquila,lo que la mampana de la bañera está muy mal y le vendría bien un cambio,luego la barbacoa portátil deja mucho que desear,y no tiene ni parrilla,también le vendría bien una valla pq se puede acceder desde la misma calle y no tienes tranquilidad de que entre alguien yo pondría alguna luz más en el exterior para poder cenar más fuera.Por lo demás,todo muy bien,nos lo encontremos muy limpio,la piscina espectacular.

Una casa para desconectar del trabajo, tranquilidad de la zona, pero a la vez cerca de la playa y negocios. Ideal para realizar excursiones y al llegar un buen chapuzón en la piscina. Para decir alguna cosa como mejoras, cambiaría el horno, ya que es muy antiguo, pondría un microondas, ya que es rápido para calentar y encontré a faltar alguna olla de cocina más grande. Comentar que hay bastantes mosquitos. No olvidar de traer una loción para mosquitos
