Bath/WC. Air-conditioning. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room 40 m2 with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. The 3 floor house is situated towards to far end of the Rincon de loix, within walking distance to all amenities.Note the house is towards the top of a quite steep road, near the aqua park.The house is on a private gated residential estate and is spacious comfortable and was ideal for us 4 adults. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipt & excellent aircon.Outside is private & gets sun mainly in afternoon Bathrooms would benefit from upgrading,however this wouldn't stop us returning to Mar y Montana

The villa was amazing! Clean, modern, great location and great value. Pro: Nice and private, great spacious rooms, fantastic garden and pool. You have everything you need for your stay. Shops near by, 10 min walk to the beach, 5 minutes to water park. The location was perfect. You can choose weather you fancy a stroll in to benidorm for a night out on the town or a more relaxed atmosphere at the villa with a take away. Contra: The walk upto the villa. Definitely not a walk to do in your heels but plenty of taxi's from the beach or the bars so easily overcome.

Accommodation average. Heating adequate except fire not working. Glass tops on tables loose. Glass display not secured leaning against wall. Not suitable for adults and children a no no. Television useless remote no good .Water missing 36 hours flushed toilets with swimming pool water unable wash and shower. Complained loud banging contuous mon to fri 8am 7pm. Unable stay inside ruined holiday Interhome sympathetic offered inferior apartment not accepted. Compensation requested

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience created by the work done in the the area of urbanisation, as it caused noises and stopped water for two mornings. We are aware that water came back in the afternoon and at night, therefore shower and washing were possible. There was a notice in this house about the work done in this area as well, we are sorry if ou missed it. We will have the loose glass on the tables fixed as soon as we can.

De communicatie met Interhome Benidorm ging vlot. Wij mochten aangezien we met een baby reisde onmiddellijk de sleutels halen en al intrekken om 11u. Heel bl De eerste indruk was enthousiast maar het heeft niet lang geduurd. Om te starten met de hygiëne, stofzuiger stond er niet (anders waren we daar al direct mee begonnen) en het dweilen stond misschien na hun siësta op de planning want de vloer was echt niet proper. Ik kan nog zoveel meer schrijven maar mijn tekst is jammer genoeg te beperkt!

Solo fuimos una pareja. Queríamos estar lejos de la aglomeración y lo conseguimos. Parking + piscina privada y cerca de Benidorm. Muy cerca hay rutas de senderismo muy buenas para nosotros. Recogida de llaves y atención de la oficina muy buena.

Casa muy completa para pasar unos días de piscina y barbacoa. Algunas estancias están un poco anticuadas pero todo muy completo. El garaje es un poco difícil para aparcar. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la casa muy privada. La atención de la agencia es excelente. Son muy atentos, amables y eficientes. Recomendable.
