Shop 20 m, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 100 m, bar 50 m, bus stop "Passeig de Gràcia/c. De Casp" 100 m, underground station "L1-L3 Plaza Catalunya" 110 m, sandy beach "Barceloneta" 2.6 km. Nearby attractions: Plaça Catalunya 70m, Catedral, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló. Spain's second city is lively and exciting and perfect for a visit at any time of year. The palaces, residences and old churches give it a special character, mainly in the "Barri Gotic" and in the modern "L'Eixample". The wonderful buildings of the famous architect Gaudi have left a wonderful mark on the city (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Casa Mila etc). One of the most beautiful views from the city is from the "Tibidabo", with access via a picturesque road or by funicular. In "Montjuic", nature park where the Anilla Olimpica is also located. Cosmopolitan city, of many contrasts and whose central point is the famous Las Ramblas. You should also visit the Port Olimpic, with many bars and lively restaurants during the summer. Barcelona offers many cultural and relaxing activities. International music festival in October. Train station. It is possible to play golf ("Golf Plana de Vic", "Real Club de Golf El Prat"). The centre of Barcelona and the area around the Ramblas is a bit like Soho and you should take care with your belongings.

Great location William P.

The location of this apartment could not be better. It overlooks the Plaza Catalonia, which is at the heart of La Rambla. It was clean and the was host pleasant and responsive. The only minor issue is the wood floors, which are dilapidated. Pieces were missing and we were a bit concerned about walking barefoot, for fear of splinters. I suggest it being repaired. Other than that, we would highly recommend the apartment.

Mooi statig appartement in hartje centrum van Barcelona. Vanuit de serre/erker kijk je links op de Passeig de Gracia uit richting de heuvels en rechts naar het Placa de Catalunya, waar de Ramblas op uit komt. Een prima 1 pk, een 2 pk en een heel bijzondere 2 pk op de vide. Ook twee badkamers. Gebouw huisvest ook een ambassade oid, waardoor er altijd 1 en soms 2 beveiligers aanwezig zijn in de centrale hal bij binnenkomst. Appartement kent wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar niet te storend.

The VIEW out the Dining Room windows is why we chose this property initially & why we are going back again. And again! This property has everything! PLENTY of room, fast WiFi, GREAT kitchen, washer etc and did I mention the VIEW? Passeig de Gracia is the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona. If you want to stay in the VERY BEST LOCATION, THIS IS IT. NO CONTEST! Once you stay here, you will be back! TLDR; OUTSTANDING! STAY HERE!

We were given a very warm and friendly welcome from the key holder m.The Appartment was clean and tidy and looked like the photos on the website.The location was unbeatable with the Gaudi house on the same street! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay again and booking direct would be an added bonus.
