Simple, comfortable apartment block. In the district of Gracia. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Shop 30 m, supermarket 80 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 20 m, bus stop 25 m, underground station 750 m. Nearby attractions: Sagrada Familia 2 km, Passeig de Gracia 2 km, Park Güell 1 km, Casa Vicens 650 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Barcelona

12 m a.s.l. >>Well-known town, in the eastern part of the region, 95 km north-east from Tarragona, 100 km south-west from Girona. Spain's second city is lively and exciting and perfect for a visit at any time of year. The palaces, residences and old churches give it a special character, mainly in the "Barri Gotic" and in the modern "L'Eixample". The wonderful buildings of the famous architect Gaudi have left a wonderful mark on the city (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Casa Mila etc). One of the most beautiful views from the city is from the "Tibidabo", with access via a picturesque road or by funicular. In "Montjuic", nature park where the Anilla Olimpica is also located. Cosmopolitan city, of many contrasts and whose central point is the famous Las Ramblas. You should also visit the Port Olimpic, with many bars and lively restaurants during the summer. Barcelona offers many cultural and relaxing activities. International music festival in October. Train station. It is possible to play golf ("Golf Plana de Vic", "Real Club de Golf El Prat"). The centre of Barcelona and the area around the Ramblas is a bit like Soho and you should take care with your belongings.

Assez spacieux avec 3 chambres, hote très arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. située entre 2 statiosn de métro. Seul défaut une des chambres donnant sur la rue assez bruyante (prévoir des boules quies) ça passe bien.

Met 3 slaapkamers en een goede douche (geen boiler) kun je hier prima met 4 a 5 personen overnachten. De locatie is geweldig om Gracia te ontdekken.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Größe und Anzahl der Schlafzimmer sind gut. Ebenso die Sauberkeit und das Bad. Die Matratzen quietschen leider. Die Treppe mit Kinder zu gehen, ist etwas mühsam.Fpr den Preis alles ok

Unterkunft in einem tollen und vielfältigen Viertel. Pro: Ausreichend große Zimmer und genug Ventilatoren für den heißen Sommer. Zudem lässt die Wohnung sich sehr gut durchlüften. Mehrere Metro-Haltestellen sind fußläufig innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Contra: Eines der Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster.\nDas Badezimmer ist insgesamt sehr klein und am anderen Ende der Wohnung zu den Schlafzimmern, was bei 5 möglichen Gästen etwas störend sein kann.

87 décibels dans la chambre a 1h du matin ,vacarme assourdissant des 2 cotés de la rue...cette location a était un cauchemar..pour le reste interhome est au courant mais préfére de loin les profits a la qualité vis a vis de ses clients ..a ne pas recommander!

Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que votre séjour à Gracia a été perturbé par des nuisances sonores, il s'agit malheureusement d'un facteur externe que nous ne pouvons pas influencer. Votre séjour a eu lieu durant les Fiestas de Gracia, un événement très festif et de grande ampleur ayant lieu chaque année. Pour cette raison, tous nos logements étaient réservés et nous n'avons hélas pas été en mesure de vous reloger malgré tous nos efforts, ce que nous regrettons sincèrement. En vous remerciant pour votre commentaire ainsi que votre compréhension, nous espérons que vous avez tout de même apprécié la région et que nous aurons la chance de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.

L'appartement est propre et très bien situé dans un quartier populaire avec plein de petits commerces et de places sympas. Métro facilement accessible. La propriétaire est sympa et très arrangeante. Elle parle français. Le wifi marche bien. Les chambres sont assez grandes. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais pour quelques jours ce n'est pas un problème. Si on revient à Barcelone, on reprendra sans doute le même appartement.

Appartement propre, calme et fonctionnel, quartier très agréable, animé, plein de petit restos, facilement accessible en métro. 1 chambre avec fenêtre sur la rue, et 2 chambres borgnes. Séjour et cuisine fonctionnelle. Excellent plan pour 5 personnes. Très bon Accueil et très disponible. On nous a même réservé un taxi pour le retour. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande fortement.
