Spain's second city is lively and exciting and perfect for a visit at any time of year. The palaces, residences and old churches give it a special character, mainly in the "Barri Gotic" and in the modern "L'Eixample". The wonderful buildings of the famous architect Gaudi have left a wonderful mark on the city (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Casa Mila etc). One of the most beautiful views from the city is from the "Tibidabo", with access via a picturesque road or by funicular. In "Montjuic", nature park where the Anilla Olimpica is also located. Cosmopolitan city, of many contrasts and whose central point is the famous Las Ramblas. You should also visit the Port Olimpic, with many bars and lively restaurants during the summer. Big spacy and mordern apartment, Have nothing to complain about regarding that. However, the staff in reception of the building mostly dont speak other language than spanish. The complex includes swiming pool (not heated), Padel court and gym. We were welcome to use the pool but not the court or gym. They said it was just for residents. That is in my opinion very low and something that should be changed.

Schöne, relativ kleine Wohnung mit 2 Bädern und großer Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings merkt man an vielen Macken, dass hier lange nicht in die Instandhaltung investiert wurde. Im Großen und Ganzen funktioniert alles irgendwie. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Auch die Lage in der Nähe des Stadtstrandes ist perfekt. Empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Die Wohnung sollte aber dringend saniert werden. Vor allem die Badezimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit dieser ist nicht besonders. Ein großen Lob an die Schlüsselhalterin. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Virkelig skøn lejlighed med en god beliggenhed, god parkeringsplads (merpris) og en fantastisk udsigt mod nord og øst. Virkelig lækkert. Vi er selv udlejere i den dyre kategori i et andet land, og forbedring noget kunne klart være på ting som knive, glas og generelle småting (jeg fiksede selv en løs vandhane og en håndvask, hvor selve vandhanen ikke gik på plads efter brug). Køb en Nespressomaskine. Der er ikke 4 ens vinglas og ingen knive kan skære. Vi købte en ny billig brødkniv og efterlod.

Excellent location close to the beach. Great beach view on the deck in apartment. Family friendly. There’s a mall close by with a kids playground, many restaurants and less expensive food too. Also a food market.

Rummelig lejlighed m. forholdsvis godt udstyret køkken (tag selv skarpe køkkenknive med). Effektivt aircon-anlæg. Faste madrasser. Stor altan m. spisebordssæt og lille loungesæt. Udsigt over hav, strand, byområde og ind i højlandet. En fordel om sommeren, at lejligheden vender mod NØ, fordi solen så ikke bager på altanen og lejligheden hele dagen (der var rigeligt varmt i skyggen). Den store pool levede op til forventningerne. Hjælpsomme receptionister. Bus H16 kører bl.a. til Placa Cataluñya.

Clean, bright, comfortable and modern apartment with sea view from the terrace. Smart TV and WiFi worked very well. Kitchen well equipped. Huge shopping mall with supermarket and numerous playparks nearby as well as some great tapas restaurants within walking distance. Metro less than a 15-minute walk so great location for exploring Barcelona as well as staying local.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider haben wir nicht gefunden, ob und wie sie zu beheizen ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe mit mäßig guten Restaurants. Man benötigt ca30-40 Minuten mit dem Bus H16 zur Innenstadt. Dieser bringt Sie auch zum Plaza Espaniol. An dem man mit dem Airportbus 46 schnell und günstig den Flughafen erreicht. Wir hatten ein 4Tage-Ticket. Das sich sehr lohnt.

Haus und Wohnung ordentlich.Auch für Frauen sehr sicher, da 24 bewacht Pro: Gastgeber sehr zuverlässig Contra: Lage etwas zu weit von der City. Bus ca. 30 Min\n## Verkehr Tag und Nacht sehr laut. Allerdings ist Barcelona überall extrem laut.
