Beautiful, comfortable house "Orazem", detached, built in 1989, renovated in 1996. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the lake, 2.2 km from the beach, 33 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: garden 150 m2 (fenced). In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 400 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 900 m, swimming bay 3.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, tennis 3.7 km, cable car 31 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lake Bled 900 m.

Die Wohnung ist relativ gut in einer nicht zu stark befahrenen Nebenstraße gelegen, von der man zu Fuß in 10 - 15min. am See ist. Ein Bäcker ist an der Straßenecke. Der Schlafbereich liegt auf einer Empore mit angrenzender kleiner Loggia mit Blick zur Straße und dem Gebirge im Hintergrund. Der Wohnbereich ist etwas klein, eher funktional als komfortabel. Salz war leider nicht vorhanden und die Tassimo schien nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Der Verwalter machte aber einen freundlichen Eindruck.

Gute Lage, freundliche Gastgeber. Einziges Manko: wenig Küchenausstattung (je nur 2 Messer,Gabeln, Löffel, Teller, etc), defekter Miniwasserkocher
