Location Description Portimão

Situated 280 km south of Lisbon, between the Cabo de Sao Vicentre (45 km) and Albufeira (35 km). 69 km from Faro airport and 108 km from the Spanish border (Vila Real de Santo Antonio). It is one of the most important cities in the Algarve for its fishing port and its fish factories. Playa da Rocha 3 km. Tourist interest: Iglesia Parroquial (18th century), Alvor 4 km (castle walls, 16th century church), Abicada 8 km (roman ruins, pretty mosaics). Interest: Walk to the Sierra de Monchique, passing Las Termas, river trip to Silves go down the Arade river etc.

Küche war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Balkonmöbel aus Plastik...ok. mit Kissen wäre doch viel angenehmer. Sanitäre Anlagen funktionierten nicht immer. Ansonsten, ist die Anlage sehr schön. Auch unsere Ansprechperson war sehr nett. Freundliche Grüsse L. B.

Het was een ruim ... anouk w.

Het was een ruim appartement, maar zeer sober en sfeerloos. Achterstallig onderhoud; veel hoekjes en randjes waren kapot of verrot door vocht. Het appartement had 3 balkons, maar op 1 balkon stond een zeer oud tuinsetje waar mijn partner de eerste avond door een stoel zakte. Doordat je op alle balkons vanaf 17u zon had kon je niet buiten zitten bij gebrek aan parasols. Er stond dat er een afwasmachine aanwezig zou zijn, maar dat was niet het geval. En het meest vervelende was dat het appartement op de 1e etage boven het restaurant lag. Daar had je op zich geen last van, echter wel van de vreselijke animatie die daar elke avond was en een soort van kleine gamehal met krijsende kinderen onder onze kamers.

Badeinrichtung eine Zumutung Abflüsse sehr träge Alte, abgenutzte Badeinrichtungen Die Einrichtung der Küche ist mangelhaft Hier für 4-6 Personen zu Kochen wird eine echte Herausforderung! Verstopfter Abfluss in der Spüle. Die Plastikstühle und der Plastik-Tisch sind instabil und primitiv. Bei einem Stuhl sind die Beine umgeknickt! Zum Glück wurde niemand verletzt. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool sind schön. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant unter aller Kritik Wir werden niemals Zurückkehren

When i arrived on site 4 hours before check in approached reception and ask if there was any where we could leave or suit cases i was told to take the keys of our room 124 and leave bags there but to be aware that their might be a cleaner in the room.there was a cleaner in the room she said to wait and then made a phone call two minutes later a man arrived ... and started being rather ... as i had not phoned him from the airport i told him i could not reach him by phon

Équipement minimal : 3 balcons mais pas de table de jardin. Vaisselle réduite et ancienne. Robinets fonctionnant brutalement ce qui est un problème dans la douche car pas de mitigeur. Plage à plus de 1,5 km. Pas de possibilité de lave linge ds la résidence.
