Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delta) free) with dining table, TV. Exit to the patio. 2 showers/WC. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking. Suitable for families. C’est la seconde fois que nous venons passer nos vacances dans cette villa. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de nos attentes. Propreté, confort, calme et accueil du propriétaire exemplaire. Seul bémol le prix, mais la qualité se paye.

Es handelt sich m. M.n. um ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Grundstück, welches etwas abseits der touristischen Meilen gelegen ist. Top-Zustand von Pool- und Außenanlage (Grünfläche, Bepflanzung, Einfahrt/ Parkmöglichkeit), im Haus selbst ist an sich auch alles i. O., dennoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung im Haus selbst war für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche ideal (Erstausstattung Spüle, Lappen, Geschirrtücher, genügend Handtücher). Was toll gewesen wäre: Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten, Seife für 1 Woche, nicht nur 1 Tag... Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, davon leider nur ein Zimmer mit durchgehender Matratze. An sich sicherlich kein Manko, allerdings sind wir 2 Familien mit je 1 Klein-Kind gereist, sodass die Kinder in der Ritze lagen. Der Vermieter war regelmäßig da und hat sich vergewissert, ob wir alles haben - sehr sehr nett und freundlich! Toller Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus. In 10 Min war man in Albufeira-Zentrum, in 15 Min. am Strand. Ein Lidl und Aldi, und andere Supermärkte, sind in direkter Nähe und in 5-10 Min mit Auto zu erreichen.

Excellent séjour. Accueil chaleureux. L'endroit est calme, proche commerces (Albufeira, 5min en voiture). La maison est très confortable, facile à vivre et propre. Les pièces principales sont suffisamment grandes. La clim, présente dans toutes les pièces (sauf cuisine) est récente et efficace. Le wifi est correcte. La piscine est grande et l'eau de qualité. La voiture est a l'ombre toute la journée. Une semaine sans aucune préoccupation, que du repos et du confort ! Nous reviendrons.

Casa muito boa, boas áreas, 4 mesas de refeição, cozinha ampla e bem equipada. Excelente limpeza. Excelente piscina com 6 espreguiçadeiras. Bolas de petanca disponíveis. Mesa de ping-pong no exterior. Área exterior muito cuidada. Anfitrião muito atencioso que nos deixou figos :)

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Urlaub in der Villa Pescada, es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und sieht in Natura sogar noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Perfekt für lange Abende draußen auf der Terrasse oder im Pool!

Passamos 7 dias bastante agradáveis , dentro daquilo que estavamos a espera . Solicitamos uma grade para que houvesse uma protecção para as nossas crianças entre a casa e a piscina e foi colocado sem qualquer entrave, e casa estava limpa e bem tratada .O único senao foi termos ficado o último dia sem água quente o que terá sido um pequeno azar, mas de resto nada a apontar. Esperamos voltar para o ano.

Gepflegtes, großzügig ausgestattetes Anwesen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass in jedem Schlafzimmer eine eigene Klimaanlage vorhanden war und die Betten lang genug waren. Des Weiteren waren sowohl die überdachte Terrasse mit integriertem Grill als auch die Seitenterrasse mit Essbereich sehr gut durchdacht.
