Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 300 m. Nearby attractions: Latarnia morska w Gąskach 300 m. Please note: Property ref. PL7604.201.1 is situated on the same property.

Location Description Mielno

Busy, family-friendly summer holiday resort with 2'180 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 13 km from Koszalin, 30 km from Ustronie Morskie, 40 km from Kołobrzeg. In the resort: shops, grocery, post office, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage at 12 - 40 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 13 - 40 km. Lakes nearby. Access: bus connection. Mielno is situated between lake "Jamno" and the Baltic sea. The lake offers water sports and fishing. Boat, kayak and pedalo hire. Sailing on the lake is possible in Summer. The seaside promenade offers a magnificent view of the sea and stretches for 3 km between Mielno and Uniescie.

Cena niezbyt adekwatna do warunków, w domku ogólnie czysto, małe problemy i niedogodności rozwiązane szybko na miejscu, gorzej z jakością mebli, głównie łóżek, które były bardzo niewygodne, WiFi które działa słabo, oraz TV które praktycznie nie odbiera kanałów.

Thank you for your feedback. When it comes to the price-quality ratio, we always try to ensure that this place has the best possible relation and reference, in terms of the range of services. The Wi-Fi signal is regretfully not an element that we have influence over, due to the fact that this is based upon the Internet operator who provides on the basis of the annual average; therefore in the season when there are a large number of network users, its quality may change. In the case of television, there were problems with the diversity antenna that have now been resolved.
