Shower/WC. Heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

For shared use: swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's playground. In the complex: reception, WiFi, bicycle rental. Central parking spaces. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, thermal baths "Thermae 2000" 5 km. Nearby attractions: t'Rooth 2 km, Grotten Valkenburg 5 km, Vrijthof Maastricht 10 km, St.Pietersberg 12 km, Drielandenpunt Vaals 23 km, Gaia Zoo 23 km. Wir waren sehr überrascht von dem Ferienhaus. Es war gut ausgestattet sehr sauber, die Betten sehr gut. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es fehlte allerdings Möglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer etwas auf Bügeln zu hängen, da der Kleiderschrank nur Regale hatte. Die Beschreibung von dem Backofen/Mikrowelle fehlte, war nicht einfach zu bedienen.

Het huisje is prachtig net als de omgeving. Het schoonmaken kan beter! Flink stoffig! Op het park is er vrijwel niets te doen. Een speeltuintje en voor in de zomer een zwembad. Maar op dagen als deze is er niets. Voor oudere mensen heerlijk. Voor ons jongeren is er niets te doen. Dus moet je er echt op uit trekken. Maar alles is er in de buurt als je met een auto bent. Of enorme fietser bent.

Pluspunten: Ligt in het mooie heuvellandschap en dichtbij Maastricht. Modern comfort; ruimte was beperkt maar voldoende. Voldoende privacy. Leuke speeltuin en fijn zwembad. Goede wifi. Eigen parkeerplek. Ontwikkelpunten: Matrassen waren oké maar niet super. Nogal veel berichten per mail voorafgaand aan het verblijf met aanwijzingen/regels. Gebruik vaatwasser en oven: een korte gebruiksaanwijzing was fijn geweest. Een Nespresso-apparaat? Prijs -kwaliteit was aanvaardbaar maar aan dure kant.

Mooi en verzorgd park, wel nog gedeeltelijk in aanbouw. Zeker geen last van gehad. Privacy kan beter, de voordeur is van glas en er is geen gordijn, of privacyglas.

We vinden de appartementen aan het water zeer gevaarlijk voor gezinnen met kinderen zonder zwemdiploma het loopt gelijk diep af .Een afrastering met een hekje zou beter zijn de appartementen staan erg dicht op het water. Wij bevelen deze appartementen niet aan bij gezinnen .
