Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Terrace, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view of the sea and the valley. San Carlo 3 km from the centre of Massa, 12 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, 45 km from the centre of Lucca, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. Private: property, garden flowers and trees, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 28.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: laundry (extra). Parking space n 1 on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Sarzana 20 km, La Spezia e le 5 Terre 30 km, Pisa 50 km, Firenze 120 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Well-kept, sandy beaches invite you to swim, wind surf or sail. Shady pine forests for walks or a quiet siesta. Riding, tennis, golf course (18 holes). Railway station 2 km. Excursions to Viareggio (famous carneval town) and Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Volterra etc. Good restaurants, dancing/discotheques. Small, chic, well-known holiday village, directly by the sea. Schöne Unterkunft im Grünen mit gigantischem Blick auf Massa und das Meer. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Für die Zufahrt/Parkmöglichkeit ist ein kleineres Auto von Vorteil. Enge Zufahrt. Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit.

It was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Residence is shared with owner, where the vacation home part is located on the upper floor. Location is ok to reach by car. Not much in the vicinity of the residence, and not very safe to walk around in the area as road is more or less 1,5 lane with lots of turns. Good location to do daily trips

Der Pool ist nicht zur alleinige Nutzung. Die Familienmitglieder der Besitzerin nutzen ihn auch. Der Pool wurde in den 7 Tagen nie sauber gemacht. Wir haben mehrmals täglich den Pool mit dem Netz an der Oberfläche gereinigt. Der Dreck am Boden hätte nur ein Sauger wegbekommen. Er wurde erst ein Tag vor unserer Abreise eingesetzt. Wir hatten uns auf einen Urlaub mit Pool gefreut.. Das war wohl nix!

Die Aussicht, das Panorama waren sehr schön! Der Pool ist grundsätzlich sehr schön. Der Pool ist aber auch ein Grund, warum unsere Bewertung nicht besser ausfällt. Der Pool wurde in 7 Tage nie gereinigt, obwohl er nach 3 Tagen sehr verschmutzt war. Wir haben zwar mehrmals täglich die Oberfläche mit den vorhandenen Netzen von Insekten und Blättern befreit, allerdings war das nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr ausreichend. Es lagen tote Tiere am Grund u. a. eine Eidechse und unzählige Insekten verschiedener Größe. Erst Freitags, ein Tag vor unserer Abreise wurde der Pool gereinigt. Auch die Aussage, dass der Pool zur alleinige Nutzung zur Verfügung steht, ist nicht korrekt. Die Eigentümerin und Ihre Familienmitglieder haben den Pool während unserer Anwesenheit mindestens 1 x benutzt. Wir fanden das ziemlich nervig und nicht in Ordnung! Was in der Beschreibung unbedingt ergänzt werden soll, ist dass die Klimaanlage täglich EUR 20 kostet. Diese Information erhält man erst nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung/Rechnung, es steht leider nicht in der Hausbeschreibung! Fazit: Wir würden uns nicht noch mal für das Haus entscheiden.

Das Ferienhaus und die Lage waren einmalig schön. Sensationelle Aussicht und viel Platz. Einzig Zufahrt etwas schwierig. Parkplätze limitiert. Gesamt Eindruck sehr gut.

Wir haben eine schöne entspannte Woche verbracht. Vor allem die Terrasse, die von einem Kiwi Baum beschattet wird, lädt zum entspannen ein. Und die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Gastgeberin gibt gute Tipps zb zum Pizza essen und einen kleinen Wanderweg zum Bäcker.

Großzügig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick auf Massa und das Meer. Der Garten ist liebevoll und wunderschön angelegt, ein kleines Paradies. Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus und ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Haus am Hang von Massa, leider nicht an allen Fenstern Mückenschutz daher sehr viele Mücken im Haus. Ansonsten alles sehr gut.

The house was fine with great views, however the parking was inadequate and the road up the mountain to the house horrendous. I would not recommend thi property to anyone over 60.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Vermieterin hat uns herumgeführt und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist mit sehr schönen alten Möbeln eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden. Am schönsten ist der Außenbereich. Verschieden Plätze an denen man gut sitzen kann. Pool traumhaft und unbezahlbar die Aussicht über die Stadt und das Meer. Wir haben hier wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Man kann ganze Tage am Pool verbringen und entspannen aber es gibt auch viele spannende Ziele in der Nähe.
