For those arriving by car there are large parking lots at the "Tronchetto" or in Piazzale Roma and from here it is possible to reach Venice directly by boat. L'alloggio è grande e dotato di tutte le dotazioni per risiedere con agio. La posizione è centralissima in un campo (Piazza) molto bella e vicina ad ogni servizio/negozio necessario. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile.

The apartment looks like it was a “normal” family apartment until recently. Nice interior and in comparably very good condition (including three coffee makers for the gas stove). Centrally located with tolerable noise level. Was hot but that’s to be expected in August.

Great Place, Great Location, Perfect for our visit. But be very careful, their check in instructions requires that you give their agent a $200 Euro deposit in CASH at the time of check in. This deposit is supposed to be returned at the time of Check out. When we left, their agent was unable to meet us. so I have spent the past several weeks trying to get my deposit back. I've contacted VRBO so I'm hoping at some point to see our deposit returned. Be Very Careful.

For information, the required deposit on arrival is mentioned in the description announcement, before booking confirmation and in all the documents we provide our customers. When our guest leaves earlier than agreed, our local staff are obliged to use bank trasnfer to return this deposit. The customer should expect this in their account within 3-5 business days as per bank procedures.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung, zwei Bäder, drei Schlafzimmer, viel Platz, Heizung hat funktioniert - haben nicht gefroren, super Lage in der Stadt. Leider waren die Bettgestelle und Matratzen in den für die Kinder gedachten Zimmer alt und unbequem - nicht für Erwachsene geeignet.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de l'appartement très centrale, la gentillesse de Maria qui nous a accueillis et la préparation de l'appartement, cependant il y aurait quelque améliorations et changements a effectuer dans l'électroménager, certains éléments sont à remplacer et il n'était pas pas possible d'utiliser la baignoire. Sinon nous avons passé nos journées jusque tard en soirée et avons pu profiter de cette magnifique Venise.

Sauber und ordentlich! Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Kleine Mängel wie keine Klima, defekte Ventilatoren und verstopfte Badewanne. Sonst alles top. Kann man durchaus eine Woche drin wohnen. Gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine!
