Old apartment house "Casanas", renovated. In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, in a busy, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 3.4 km, sandy beach 2 km. The building is situated in the "Biennale" area, only 10 minutes walk from St Marks square. Nearby is one of the largest green areas of Venice: Viale Garibaldi and the public gardens. The beach is at Lido di Venezia.

Location Description Venice

The city of canals with its timeless charm with its 118 islands, between the sea and the lagoon, divided by the famous Grand Canal. The San Marco district is the heart of Venice and Piazza San Marco is considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world. And then the Rialto Bridge, the Bridge of Sighs, the gondolas. The Lido of Venice, at the south-western end of which stands the ancient fort Alberoni, is 12 km long and is one of the most elegant and renowned beaches in Italy. Fine sand beach. Numerous entertainment. Casino'. Regular connections with Venice and Lido of Venice (ferry). For those arriving by car there are large parking lots at the "Tronchetto" or in Piazzale Roma and from here it is possible to reach Venice directly by boat. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns wirklich sehr gut. Als 6 köpfige Familie haben wir die 2 Bäder mit WC und Dusche wirklich sehr geschätzt. Die Wohnung liegt optimal an einem kleinen Park. Durch die Bäume kann man das Meer sehen und in 10 Minuten ist man am Markusplatz. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen :-)

3. ausziehbares Doppelbett im Eingangsbereich möchte niemand. Heizung wird im Winter nachts zu kalt. Trinkwasser, Toilettenpapier, Haushaltsrolle (Wischtuch) fehlten. Die schmale Treppe mit schweren Koffern ist für Senioren und Behinderte schwierig. Weg zur Wohnung typisch venezianisch : eng, etwas unheimlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort könnte uns an der Bootsstation abholen, nicht in der Wohnung warten. Ausblick schön, Wohnung geräumig, 2 Bäder sind gut. Schöner Blick auf die Lagune und den Garten.

Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was wir gebraucht haben. Gut eingerichtet, Küchenutensilien alles da. Es fehlten uns nur größere Tassen oder Becher für Kaffee oder Tee. Sehr praktisch ist, dass es zwei Badezimmer gibt. M. hat sich gut gekümmert und als wir tatsächlich die Heizung gebraucht haben, hat sie uns alles gut erklärt.

Diese Unterkunft in Venedig fanden wir besser als gedacht. Genug Platz für unsere sechsköpfige Familie und sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Wasserbussen zu erreichen. Supermarkt gleich auf derselben Straße.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit 2 großen Badezimmern. Durch die vielen Fenster war immer genug Licht in der Wohnung. Das hat gute Stimmung gebracht. Die Verkehrsoptionen waren auch sehr gut:).

Martina hat uns nett empfangen und die Übergabe gestaltete sich kurz und unkompliziert. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut sortiert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist richtig gut und hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für die Stadt und andere Ausflüge. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für das Mückenproblem und die fehlende Klimaanlage, die das Schlafen fast unmöglich machte.

Passt sehr gut für 2 Paare, die 5./6. Person muss auf einem Schlafsofa im Eingangsflur schlafen. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, der Essraum und das große Schlafzimmer sehr schön und gemütlich. Perfekt für die Biennale zwischen Gardini und Arsenale, maximal je 5 Gehminuten. Die Einkauf- und Gastrostraße vor dem Haus ist touristisch angenehm zurückhaltend aufgestellt, hier bummeln auch viele Italiener.

Een bijzonder schoon appartement. Verrassend ruim met grote keuken, 2 volwaardige badkamers met twee slaapkamers en een aparte slaapruimte naast de grote woonkamer. Appartement was van alles goed voorzien.

Dit appartement ligt 15-20 min lopen van het San Marco aan de levendige uitgaan straat Via Gariboldi in Castello vlak bij het Arsenaal. Het appartement is ruim en schoon, en als de dagjesmensen vertrokken zijn ervaar je Venetië als levende stad en niet als toeristenattractie. Het appartement is erg compleet met vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven en magnetron en gaskookplaat, maar met al die restaurants in de buurt hebben we enkel de wasmachine laten draaien. Hulpvaardige en aardige verhuurder. Top !
