Please note: no lift. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax.

Beautiful, historical apartment house "Barbaria de le Tole". In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city. Grocery, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 2.7 km. Nearby attractions: Basilica dei SS Giovanni e Paolo, Campo Santa Maria Formosa, Piazza San Marco 700 mt.

Location Description Venice

The city of canals with its timeless charm with its 118 islands, between the sea and the lagoon, divided by the famous Grand Canal. The San Marco district is the heart of Venice and Piazza San Marco is considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world. And then the Rialto Bridge, the Bridge of Sighs, the gondolas. The Lido of Venice, at the south-western end of which stands the ancient fort Alberoni, is 12 km long and is one of the most elegant and renowned beaches in Italy. Fine sand beach. Numerous entertainment. Casino'. Regular connections with Venice and Lido of Venice (ferry). For those arriving by car there are large parking lots at the "Tronchetto" or in Piazzale Roma and from here it is possible to reach Venice directly by boat. Warmwasser in der Dusche reicht für eine Minute. Spüle nicht funktionstüchtig, weil Stopfen fehlt. Schlafzimmer ist nicht verwendbar als "soggiorno".Lage ist gut, aber keine Aussicht über die Stadt wie im Prospekt angegeben.

Der Boiler funktioniert einwandfrei und wurde vor einem Monat gewartet, einschließlich der Entkalkung. Da der Boiler in der Küche installiert ist, muss das Wasser im Badezimmer 3-5 Minuten laufen, bevor es heiß wird. Der Stopfen in der Spüle wurde repariert. Es wäre uns eine Freude, Sie bald wieder begrüßen zu können.
