Open kitchen (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/shower/WC. Gas heating. Patio roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

Location Description Eraclea Mare

Tourist resort on the Veneto coast, halfway between Caorle (15 km) and Lido di Jesolo (15 km) and in the immediate vicinity of the Piave river mouth. Ideal for quiet holidays, it is suitable for families with children who can play on the long sandy beach with shallow waters and surrounded by a lush pine forest. Marina, sports facilities, entertainment, outdoor events and many nearby towns to visit. It is one of the most peaceful places in the entire Northern Adriatic.

Leider war die Fewo für uns nicht so toll, es war kalt, alles roch feucht und muffig. Es gab keine Decken auf den Betten , bei 14 grad absolut nicht machbar. Das Haus ist super hellhörig. Und die Ausstattung der Küche echt mangelhaft. Keine 6 Gläser. Das Grundstück ist jedoch recht schön.

Goede accommodatie voor een redelijke prijs. perfecte uitvalbasis voor Venetië en de stranden van Lido di Jesolo en Eraclea Mare. huis is vrij standaard uitgerust. de ligging is vrij rustig. aardige eigenaren, helaas spreken ze alleen Italiaans en Spaans.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man zweckmäßig braucht. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle und einen Gasherd, Backofen und FilterKaffeemaschine. Leider gibt es in der Ferienwohnung nichts „zurück gelassenes“, wie Salz, Kaffeefilter, Tee oder Gewürze. Wir hatten zu 4. ein Handtuch und ein Duschtuch bekommen. Bettwäsche war alles vollständig. Stöpsel für Badewanne und spühlbecken in der Küche waren nicht vorhanden. KEIN Hochstuhl/Kinderstuhl vorhanden! Tisch ist sehr hoch für Kinder. Alle super nett

Wir entschuldigen uns für das Übersehen bei der Handtuchausstattung. Bei Bedarf können unsere Gäste immer zusätzliche Handtücher anfragen. Was die Stöpsel betrifft, so wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es in diesem älteren Haus leider keine Anschlüsse in der Nähe des Waschbeckens im Badezimmer und in der Küche gibt. Es freut uns zu hören, dass die Ferienwohnung Ihren grundlegenden Bedürfnissen entsprochen hat und dass Sie die Ausstattung sowie die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter schätzten. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Ausstattung der Küche ist vollständig und ebenfalls in gutem Zustand. Das Bad...nun gut...etwas mehr Wasser dürfte aus der Brause kommen. Alles in Allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Leider hat die Nachbarschaft völlig abgedrehte Hunde, welche uns oft den Schlaf geraubt haben.

Das Haus hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Ausstattung ist umfangreich und in gutem bis sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr gut: Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern! Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Leider war das zur Verfügung gestellte WLAN defekt und die mobilen Daten sind mangels Netz kaum nutzbar. Was sehr nervig war, aber dem Vermieter nicht angelastet werden kann: Die Nachbarschaft hat leider sehr abgedrehte Hunde, welche uns des Nachts oft und dauerhaft den Schlaf mit Dauergebell geraubt haben.
