Der Aufenthalt war gut , schöne Ferien Anlage, wir sind mit Familie da gewesen, die Kinder waren begeistert, hat uns gefallen. War alles in Ordnung bis auf Sauberkeit.

Allgemein war es Gut, bis auf die Sauberkeit . Pro: Die Lage und das Haus an sich, sehr schön. Contra: Sauberkeit, wir sind gleich rein nach dem das Putzkraft raus war und wir haben uns erschrocken, es war alles andere als Sauber.

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sauberer geht's auch. Lage zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurant top. WLAN super, nur am Strand hats nicht funktioniert. Pool war gut.

Leider konnten einige Pools aufgrund der zahlreichen Covid Restriktionen erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt geöffnet werden. Unsere Kollegen teilten uns mit, dass Ihnen angeboten wurde, einen Pool der Residenz in der Nähe zu nutzen. In den Wohnungen gibt es keinen Wasserkocher und dieser wird in den Beschreibungen nicht aufgeführt. Es tut uns leid, wenn sie die Wohnung schmutzig vorgefunden haben. Bitte zögern Sie in einem solchen Falle nicht, das Team vor Ort zu informieren, die Kollegen senden dann sofort das Reinigungspersonal erneut zu Ihrer Unterkunft. Gleiches gilt für die Steckdose, unser Wartungspersonal ist immer bereit und verfügbar. Es würde uns freuen, wenn Sie uns eine weitere Chance geben, unseren exzellenten Service unter Beweis stellen zu dürfen.
