Cosy country house "Giuggiolo", surrounded by trees and vineyards. 3 houses in the residence. 4 apartments in the residence. In the hamlet Casaglia 4 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 11 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 30 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: large, beautiful garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 31.Mar.). 800 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Wine tasting in a wine cellar near San Gimignano 17 km away 1x per stay included (on request).

La location est très bien située pour visiter la Toscane, en voiture ou en train. Proche de Poggibonsi,de ses commerces et de sa gare. Accueil particulièrement chaleureux et prévenant de notre hôte. Le logement est confortable, dans un environnement magnifique et paisible. Notre séjour a été parfait !

Obiekt niewygodnie położony na wysokim wzgórzu. W obrębie ponadhektarowej posesji brak kubłów na śmieci. Śmieci każdy gość musi wywozić samochodem, torby trzeba było kupić.Wyposażenie apartamentu skromne, mieszkanie niezbyt czyste. Bardzo duszno w środku, brak wentylacji.W naszym apartamencie był popsuty telewizor. Nie zreperowano go przez całe 2 tygodnie. Nie otrzymaliśmy rekompensaty. Przestrzeń zewnętrzna ładna, zadbana, basen rzadko czyszczony. Właściciel niezainteresowany gośćmi.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, fernab des Getümmels mit allem was man sich unter Toskana vorstellt! Tut der Seele gut! Pro: Nachdem wir die Unterkunft erst einmal gefunden haben - oh Gott wo sind wir hier gelandet- konnten wir nach und nach die wunderschönen Seiten dieses Urlaubsidylls wahrnehmen. Sehr schön gepflegte, sichere Anlage, ruhige Lage ideal zum Entspannen, wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Toskana Trips ....\nWir wurden sehr persönlich und freundlich betreut. Contra: Einrichtung und Inventar einfach, Dinge wie Feuerzeug, Korkenzieher fehlten - wurden aber beschafft! Anscheinend wurde das Inventar nicht überprüft.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Erkundungslage (man kommt überall mit dem Auto in der Toskana schnell hin). Absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, wie man es sich auf einem Landgut eben vorstellt. Für die Kibder ein idealer Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Erholung pur!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Solo 2 accorgimenti: 1)la luce: i 3 appartamenti non siti nella palazzina non hanno imposte e il solo tendone verde semi trasparente fa passare la luce col risultato di una sveglia sulle 5.30/6.00 anche in vacanza. 2)nonostante la posizione se il caldo incombe, 1 solo ventilatore non è sufficiente; magari un piccolo investimento x rinfrescare gli appartamenti sarebbe davvero utile perché le notti son state difficili. Per il resto nulla da dire, soggiorno piacevolissi

Wir haben 12 Nächte im Giuggiolo verbracht und haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. Ein herrliches Anwesen (die Bäume sind inzwischen viel höher und üppiger als auf den Fotos) mit viel Platz zum Sonnen, im Schatten entspannen oder aktiv bei einer Runde Federball/Yoga/Fitness zu sein. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet (man muss viel von zu Hause mitbringen z. B Putzmittel, Seife, Zewa, Salz, Öl...) Es gibt genug Töpfe und Geschirr/Besteck. Es gibt einen italienischen Kaffeekocher (evtl Kaffee von zu Hause mitbringen, Filtertüten braucht man nicht). Es gibt auch einen Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle mit Ofenfunktion. Wer nicht gern mit einer Decke zu zweit schläft, sollte noch einen Bettbezug mitnehmen (Decken und Kissen sind genug vorhanden). Wir haben es geliebt früh und abends vor dem Appartement zu sitzen und in den Tag zu starten oder ihn ausklingen zu lassen. Autan ist ganz wichtig! Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in den Weinbergen und es ist herrlich ruhig. Wer etwas mehr Aktion sucht oder fußläufig essen gehen will, ist hier leider falsch. Der nächste Ort ist ca 5-10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort gibt es alles was man braucht (Pam Superstore, Lidl,...), da Poggibonsi eher eine "Gewerbegebietstadt" ist. Die Städte in denen man super Essen /Sightseeing gehen kann sind ca. 15-40 min entfernt z. b San Gimignano (15 min), Siena 35min, Florenz 50min oder Volterra 45 min. Aber es gibt auch viele kleine (unbekanntere Städte) in der Nähe. Wir hatten den Hund dabei, man kann in der Nähe gut spazieren gehen (ich wiederhole Autan nie vergessen!) und auch auf dem Anwesen gibt es genug Schattenplätze für den Hund zum chillen (wir hatten zusätzlich noch eine Kühldecke dabei). Der Vermieter Donato schaut immer mal vorbei, lebt aber mit der Familie wo anders. Man kann ihn jederzeit kontaktieren und er kümmert sich dann darum (er spricht fließend: Deutsch, englisch und italienisch). Er kümmert sich ebenfalls um das Villa il Pozzo (Unterkunft und Weinkeller). Eine Wein/Ölprobe kann man kostenlos mitmachen. Sollte man dazu keine Gelegenheit haben, kann man über Donato auch die Flaschen kaufen. Der Pool ist riesig, sauber und bietet echte Erfrischung an. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben und definitiv wieder kommen, wenn wir erneut in der Toskana sind.
