Beautiful on a vinyard country house "Cellole", detached, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 6 apartments in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 11 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, outside the resort, 17 km from the centre of Siena, in an elevated position on a slope, 92 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 11 ha with plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine (extra) (for shared use, extra). Motor access (150 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Poggibonsi" 14 km, sandy beach "Marina di Bibbona" 92 km. Well-known, historical resort with 2'800 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, on top of a hill with beautiful view, 25 km north from Siena, 55 km south from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Das Ferienhaus Valluccia ist ein schönes, abgelegenes, ca. 200 Meter entferntes, uriges Gebäude. Von der Ausstattung hat es alles, was man so braucht. Die Beschreibung, die Casamundo über das Anwesen macht, ist sehr veraltet. Bestimmte Gegebenheiten sollten erwähnt werden (andere Steckdosen, keine Klimaanlage, schlechtes WLan, Entfernung Ferienhaus zum Hauptgebäude). Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Ferienhaus Vallucia ist nicht Teil des Hauptgebäudes, sondern ein sehr schönes, freistehendes, abgelegenes, uriges Häuschen, ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Von der Ausstattung hat es alles was man so braucht. Allerdings ging die Kaffeemaschine nicht und dieses Problem ist auch von der zuständigen Dame nicht behoben worden. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, das die Steckdosen nicht die üblichen sind wie in Deutschland, man benötigt hierfür spezielle Adapter, damit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Fön, Ladekabel, ect. eingesteckt werden können. Die Stühle im Außenbreich sind bereits verwittert und sehr unbequem. Hier fehlen Sitzkissen. Das Wlan ist mehr recht wie schlecht und das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage. Auch der Rost auf dem Grill ist zu groß, sodass man ihn nicht in tiefere Lagen bringen konnte. Der Weg zum Haus ist teilweise sehr steil und steinig, so dass wir den Berg nur mit Mühe und Not mit dem Auto wieder hoch gekommen sind. Das war eine einmalige Angelegenheit, das Auto blieb den Rest des Urlaubes oben auf dem Parkplatz stehen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und erfrischend. Man kann darin gut seine Bahnen schwimmen und verweilen. Auch drum herum hat es ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenstühle/-Schirme. Auch ein Kühlschrank und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, sowie ein separates Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut dort gefallen und wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Das Weingut ist ein wunderbarer Ort sich zu erholen und gleichzeitig gut gelegen, die Toskana zu erkunden. San Fabbiano scheint sich hier zurückgezogen zu haben, daher gibt es auch keinen Wein mehr auf dem Weingut (finde den Fehler). Die Betreuung vor Ort ist ebenfalls nicht mehr wie sie war. N. ist weg und daher wird hier nur noch stundenweise von außerhalb betreut. Eine M., die als Ansprechpartner angegeben wird, trifft man hier nicht.

Haus mit allem Notwendigem, ohne großen Schnickschnack, dafür aber in zentraler Chianti-Lage und mit tollem Panoramablick. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

We spent there 2 weeks of summer holidays and were simply amazed with the surroundings, views, and ambiance. The house is nice and neat, you basically live in the vineyards so it is calm, private and close to nature. Nature is actually also trying to get inside, but no worries, nothing disturbing. The house is blessed with a very good WiFi (better than ever on tour). Appliances work well, the only issue is a bit of difficulty with the toilet pipes/flushing. Children/dog friendly, very easygoing.
