Tolles Sommerferienhsus im toskanischen Stil. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Gutes WLAN. Großes Grundstück, perfekt mit Hund. Etwas abgelegen oberhalb eines Gewerbegebietes. Dadurch aber keine wirkliche Störung. Im Sommer sehr heiß, keine Klimaanlage. Schöner Aufstellpool zum Abkühlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub mit Hund, vielen Städtebesichtigungen, Fahrten ans Meer und entspannten Tagen im Haus und am Pool.

Très bien mais il manque un micro ondes et maison froide à l'arrivée 14*. Soit 55 euros de chauffage pour vivre avec 17*. Certes le temps était très froid pour une fin avril.

Maison non chauffée à l'arrivée, 14 degrés. Il a fallu 55 euros de chauffage en 24h pour arriver à monter la température à 18 degrés, c'était pas prévu pour une fin avril. Sinon location conforme à nos attentes.

Das schöne und gepflegte Grundstück liegt oberhalb eines Gewerbegebietes, z.T. akustisch wahrnehmbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet aber insbesondere Bäder in dieser Kategorie modernisierungswürdig. Bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen extreme Zimmertemperaturen in den Schlafzimmern im OG, Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden

Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Grundstück mit den vielen Oliven- und Feigenbäumen ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist recht groß und wurde regelmäßig morgens gesäubert. Die Besitzerin ist sehr sehr nett und steht immer für Fragen bereit. Leider ist das Mobiliar und die Bäder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso die Küchenutensilien wie Geschirr, Besteck... Uns hat es trotzdem an nichts gefehlt und wir würden wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kinder. Sehr geräumig, sehr viel Freiraum & Platz draussen unter den Olivenbäumen oder am Pool zum Verweilen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und blitzsauber , das Grundstück ist phantastisch, die Möbel, der Fernseher, das Kochgeschirr sind in die Jahre gekommen, bzw bei extrem langsamen Wlan empfiehlt es sich genügend Datenvolumen dabei zu haben. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt sehr schön! Nur das WLAN schwach und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etwas dürftig (zB nur ein kleines Schneidebrett) Ansonsten TOP! Super Pool, großer Garten, super Grill, schöne Einrichtung etc. Eine bessere Beschilderung wäre auch gut; haben das Haus nicht gleich gefunden…..

Die Unterkunft ist komplett dicht und eingezäunt, das haus ist sehr sauber und auch die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir durften beide Hunde mitbringen und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Dank des schönen Hauses wurde es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir waren das erste Mal 2017 vor Ort. Jedoch gab es einige Mängel die schon 2017 vorhanden waren: Eingerissene Sonnenschirme, Rost an der Poolumrandung, der verrostete Grill - welcher in der Preisklasse def. nicht tragbar ist, kaputte Toilettenbrille und ein nicht funktionstüchtiger Duschkopf im Bad, hinzu kam ein verstopftes Waschbecken. Positiv waren die neuen Matratzen. Insgesamt war es ok, war aber gesamthaft zu teuer und es wurde in den letzten 3 Jahren zu wenig Erneuerungen getätigt.
